Been coming here since the open date of this location and my fear can true to a point. Usually first few month with any restaurant in Lubbock they are top of the line in all these categories. Then they fall thankfully this isn’t try for the food part but true in the customer service portion. First the cashier charged us extra for a sauce what is included with the meal then tried double charging for making a sandwich hotter style by charging for uncle Jerome upgrade and hotter style upgrade. When I brought up it should only be one up charge she argued saying no this is two upgrades because it’s uncle Jerome hotter style then I confronted her stating I have been coming here since day one and this is the first time this has happened. She huffed and took off the extra charge. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me hesitant to return even though it’s across the street from work.

Food was excellent, restaurant was clean, employees were personable, accommodating, and proactive. Very expensive for chicken. 3 strips, fries, slaw, and drink was $20.
The price is the only thing that keeps me from giving that 4th star.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, when the food was brought out, I took my first bite and the manager immediately came up to me and asked if my bread was hard I said yes and she said I will personally make you a new one. She made me a new one fresh and soft! Great experience! I will come back and recommend family and friends! The whole team is top notch!
