If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We ordered five brisket sandwiches through the drive-thru, only to get home and realize we were shorted a sandwich. To make matters worse, the four 'sandwiches' we did receive had no meat at all—just empty buns. When I returned to address this, the staff claimed they were 'in a rush,' despite me being the only customer in line. We’ve been loyal Bigham’s customers for years, but after this experience, I’m not sure we’ll be coming back.

Just ordered from door dash and sausage was good but the brisket was all the end pieces and hard as a rock one slice was ok to eat but still dry and hard. Will never order from them again

I’ve been going to big hams since I was a little girl with my parents. I have kept the tradition with my children as well. Absolutely love the place it has been a family favorite however the new menu the new changes and adolescence they have know make it feel not traditional at all. Definitely not the same place. Lots of our family favorites have been taken of the menu and the atmosphere has changed. To top things off the young man cutting the meat had it sitting on the cutting board while he was talking to other employees not paying attention to the fact it was getting cold. I’ve never had cold meat from there till now. ☹️😩

The ribs!!! So good! We also tried the pulled pork (very good), chopped brisket (very good), turkey (good), baked potato, texas toast, potato salad, coleslaw, and Mac n cheese. Open seating with high ceilings disburses any perfumes of other patrons too for my hubby's breathing issues. Only bummer comment would be the amount of chemical perfumes in the restrooms. We will be back!

Ordered through 2 good 2 go Bought 2 orders went to pick it up the girl cashiet said we are one of the Best restaurants to give good stuff in our surprise bag! Yeah right both orders had coleslaw both orders had green bean not even a variety one order it's meat was one sausage that looked like a hot dog cut in half and the other one was four four short ribs no sauce didn't even offer sauce reminded me of a to go bag that when someone doesn't finish their food at the restaurant they take it home

I've had BBQ from many of the 'famous' pit BBQ places around the great state of Texas but I believe Bigham's is the BEST! Service is exceptional, Food is consistently great and Serving sizes are always just right! All the other places I've been seen to trick you into over purchasing meats and charge for each individual item. With Bigham's the meal price is what it is.
My wife and I have been looking for a GOOD peach cobbler since our honey moon... didn't kno we'd find it in our own back yard 🤤😍 So glad we stopped on in and got some great BBQ and the best peach cobbler! (I had to get a whole tray to take home!)

First time here for Lubbock barbecue. This came on a recommendation from my best friend as one of the best places for barbecue in lubbock! I got the two meat platter with chopped brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage, and it did not disappoint. Drizzle that stuff with their spicy barbecue sauce and you have a winner winner winner. My palate prefers a little hotter in spice, but there's nothing wrong with what I had today. The okra was just right, tender and crispy and the onion rings were great, golden brown. It comes with a slice of Texas toast and you can add pickles, pickled peppers or anything else on the side that you wish for condiment.
