BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Since Uber Eats makes it impossible to leave reviews, I'm leaving one for the restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats and got a completely different order. Here is a photo of my burger, which was clearly NOT a burger. You had one job.

Ridiculous we place an order to pick up yet no one is ever at the counter!!!!!

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews and have honestly never even done 1. However, my experience at this bjs was absolutely horrible. My mom, friend, and I went in earlier today around lunch time and while food and drinks were amazing as usual, the service was terrible.

We all walked in and nobody was at hostess stand (not a big deal), and a couple minutes later we were “greeted” by the host with him grabbing 3 menus, not speaking a word, and speed walking away towards what I think was supposed to be our table. After tossing the menus on the table and walking away without speaking a word, my mom’s butt stuck to the booth from a sticky residue concerning almost the whole side of her booth. Additionally, the host had an airpod in the entire time making this situation seem even more unprofessional.

Our waiter was much nicer and I have almost no complaints other than just service being slow which I don’t mind, even though our entrees took about 40 minutes to come out. Tables in our section were also left dirty the entire time we were there.

I absolutely love bjs and have never had a bad experience, which is why this one was so surprising.

We always go out to eat on birthdays and our group is 10 or more. My husband recently had a birthday and chose longhorn steak house... they would not take a large group reservation we arrived and waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be seated. We ordered and waited another hour on our food! My birthday was yesterday and I picked BJ's and when I booked reservation you allowed large party group, and we were immediately seated! We ordered and had not finished our first adult beverage and food was brought out!!! Loved the service food and atmosphere!! We will be doing birthdays at BJ's!!! Thank you

Awesome experience at BJs here in Lubbock! My waitress, Lilly, was super attentive and very personable! Manager, Jason, was also very personable and professional! A+

Management and our server (Colin) were great, we had to add extra people to our reservation and they made it work for us.

Love that we could make a reservation! Our party of 11 was seated right on time, food was wonderful, service was excellent!

My group made a reservation two days in advance for 8:30 for a large party. We arrive on the day we reserved a table and the restaurant wait staff told us sorry we have your reservation but it will be an additional 30 to 45 minute wait past 830. Why offer reservations if you won't honor them. We decided to leave after waiting for a long time and go eat at another restraunt up the road. Don't reccomend this place

My family and I decided to have a fun night out and grab a bite to eat. Now the food was delicious but what made the experience memorable was the service and staff. I want to specifically mention John Mark, who made our experience just that much better! He was amazing and made his way around each table to chat and make sure everything was perfect. He makes an incredible and highly personable manager, thanks John!

The pizookie didn’t look like how it was advertised. We got the cookies n cream pizookie and a root beer float togo. Chunks were missing from our cookie and it was thin. We got a singluar small container of whip cream, when we were expecting four (like in the pictures). We didn’t get any drizzle or a cherry. There was only two containers of ice cream (one for the cookie the other for the float). We were once again expecting two JUST for the pizookie (as advertised in the pictures).

This was my first visit, and I was absolutely impressed! The service was exceptional right from the start, and the food only added to the fantastic experience. Our server, Lilly, was by far the most professional and courteous server I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I ordered the Meat Lover’s Pizza, my kids enjoyed the Smash Burgers, and my wife had the Chicken Sandwich. Everything was delicious! To top it off, we shared the Chocolate Chunk Pizookie for dessert — truly incredible!

I will definitely be returning again and again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, BJ’s, for such an outstanding experience! Lilly, keep smiling and being the amazing server you are!
