They were 40 min behind on our reservation, the food took too long to come out and when it finally did the meat on the burgers ordered were not cooked all the way. When we told the waitress she had an attitude rolling her eyes and shaking her head at kids! The rest of the time there the waitress kept her nasty attitude as if we had done something to her! After talking to the manager he was understanding and rectified the situation appropriately. Would never go back. The service was not good and the food was a waste.

I made a reservation for nine people. They put us in a corner booth. Very crowded and uncomfortable.

Had a reservation, but were seated 20 minutes after the reservation time, even though we arrived early. Nobody at the host counter and people were stacked up when we got there. The waiter was very nice, but needs some additional training. Didn't clear the salad plates before delivering dinner. Didn't clear any plates until we stacked them to make room for dessert. Didn't refill drinks. Food and drink service is always slow at this location. Too bad. Food is good, but sometimes we just don't have time for 2+ hours for our meal.

Awesome place and great food. Overall great experience for all of us even though they were super busy for a Saturday dinner with multiple big tables.

I’ve eaten here before and it was great, but we did an online order tonight and they sent us 4 literally burnt burgers. These are not well done, they’re beyond that, they are like charcoal. They smell burnt, are hard, and taste it too. To top it all off, when we called to make them aware of the condition of these burgers, there was no offer to remake them, but they did send an e-gift card. They even talked to the cook and he admitted to sending them out burnt because they have someone cooking who can’t tell the difference in well done and burnt. I highly do not recommend this place. Save your money. I don’t even know what I’m going to do with a gift card to a place I don’t want to eat at again.

Made a reservation, waited 20 minutes past our reservation time while staring at a large empty table, only to be told that table was for another large party that wasn't there yet. Make it make sense

Completely overpriced. What I received was a lunch size portion, not dinner regarding the spaghetti entree. Only had three measly meatballs. Extremely disappointing. My drink was just FULL OF ICE and barely any beverage. Was overcharged for dessert considering I opted out of the ice cream the price should have been adjusted accordingly. They gave enough strawberry topping for ONE BITE!! Whoever packed and prepared this order did an awful, callous, and careless job.

Never had an issue with previous visits here or other BJs. Bad service this time as Server brought out my 2 dishes, a salad and a soup and neither was what/how I ordered.
And the chili is disgusting it tastes like it comes out of a bag.
I'll be back, but this experience really pissed me off. Pls do better next time.

Went to BJ’s My server was Bella, she had amazing customer service, very quick back to our table, was constantly making sure we had filled drinks and everything we needed. I wanted a burger and she recommended the smokehouse burger which was very good.
