Two of my Entree's where over cooked, the wings and fish and chips. Other than that everything was great. Service was excellent!!

Came in and my server Armani recommended I get the wings which was a great choice. She was very attentive and gave great service. Will return soon.

Armani was Amazing! We had a very long day with work and travel and Armani’s kind and gentle presence was so welcoming that it felt like we were having a meal at home! Her professionalism and accommodating service was top notch to any experience I’ve had at any BJ’s throughout my travels. She is a real asset to your company. A lot of people can learn from her in the service industry.

It's been a REALLY long time since I visited BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Lubbock. However, I found an old gift card and I've been wanting to try the $13 Pizookie special so off I went to lunch today.

I was seated immediately and was very quickly greeted by this bubbly little thing called Tatum! Smiles from ear to ear and a very welcoming attitude. She took my drink order and quickly came back and took my order.

I had a traditional BJ's cheeseburger and fries with iced tea. I choose the strawberry shortcake Pizookie. This all was the $13 part minus the tea which was extra.

The burger was very flavorful with crisp vegetables. I liked the BJ's sauce on it very much. Fries were hot and slightly crispy. The tea was real tea. Not the tea colored water you get at a lot of places. The Pizookie is the mini version but it was more than enough with lots of sweet strawberries.

As good as the food was the service was even better! Tatum told me she loves single diners and it clearly showed. She touched base often and offered a to go cup for my tea. I even got a table touch from the manager.

The found gift card may have got me there but it was the very good food and ESPECIALLY the service that will bring me back!!

Came in over the weekend for dinner. Short wait to be seated but received great service after getting our table. We enjoyed the chicken alfredo and jambalaya. Will visit again the next time in town

Been coming here for a couple years, as they have the best beers in Lubbock. One of the few places with a decent dark beer. Service is usually great. Happy hour just got extended back to 7pm which is nice. Dinner options are also good.

Came here for graduation dinner with my family. While I understand it was very busy that night, the food itself was pretty bad. Wasn’t allowed to order sirloin medium rare (they let it cook all day for some reason) and the steak was very dry anyways.

The waitress and staff were pretty polite though. The rest of the menu is probably okay, but the steaks are awful.

Husband and I went for our anniversary and were sat in the middle of the restaurant, not busy! Sat there for 20minutes and were never acknowledged. Made eye contact with multiple waiters/waitresses and never got helped so we left and went somewhere else.

Super busy weekend in Lubbock. I was delayed a bit on the reservation, but I understood the circumstances. Service was great and food was great.

Great food and service. Worked well for a party of 8, as the background noise was minimal.

Came in on mother's day with a reservation. Had to wait 15 minutes past the reservation to be seated. Ordered appetizers for the family and put in the entree order as well. Appetizers came out relatively fast but we didn't get condiments we asked for 3x.

The entrees came out missing several items and only 3 of 4 guests got their meal. The 4th waited about 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes the waitress was called over again asking where the side soup and shrimp for the shrimp scampi were. Another 20 minute wait for the soup and shrimp. All while trying to get 2 kids to behave while waiting on their parents to eat their late foods.

$15.00 soup bowl also had about 6oz of soup in it.

Lauren and Jarrod are amazing!! They really hustle and remain calm, cool and collected in a busy day like Mother’s Day. They are very warm and hospitable. Great energy. They make this place 💯
