Roger was an amazing server. Maintained a busy table plus our own small table. Never felt neglected and gave us time to explain different drinks options. Hands down great service. Thank you!

I sat there for 10 minutes and not acknowledged. Folks who came in after were waited on. I walked out.

We arrived, we had made a reservation at five, we arrived a few minutes early, it took them a few minutes to get a seated because of the high chairs and the sling. We waited about 10 minutes or so and no one came or offered us service. The manager seem to spend quite a bit of time at the next table over visiting with those people and did not even offer to come over and asked to see if we have been helped I ended up going up to the hostess station and asking who our waiter or waitress was, and they apologized and said oops they would get them. Finally, a server came over and asked if we had been served. After that, the manager did drop by our table and welcomed us, but he sure did not hang around And visit with us the table next to us. My wife ordered chicken Alfredo, I had a guacamole, bacon burger, and the kids had the kids meals. My fries were very very salty, more salt and McDonald’s put on theirs. The kids meals seem to be OK, I could’ve got a better burger for a better deal at the neighboring restaurants, it was tasty, but it wasn’t the best. My wife, however she said it was very tasty and she was very much enjoying it. She said it was one of the best ones she had and then she wound up finding a hair in the midst of the noodles. It took me a minute to find it. She had to pointed out to me. It was a small black hair, and no one of us have that kind of hair. Of course, no server was to be found around us so I had to waive the manager down, he did apologize and said that was very unacceptable. He offered to have my wife’s meal remade, and she refused, saying that she basically lost her appetite even though it was really good. They did remove that meal from our order. Overall, I was not satisfied with this experience, the service, especially and then the food, unfortunately.Kid-friendliness: The kids were a little fussy while we were there, it was not that busy so we didn’t have a lot of issues with anyone around us or the wait staff. It was more because they were hungry and we sat there for a little bit before we even got drinks or even anyone anyone checking on us to see if we got drinks. It seems to be a Kid friendly place, I’m not for sure about young children, but there were some older children there.

Our waitress was great. The food was good, but not amazing. We ordered a bacon burger that came out without the bacon. Our waitress promptly took care of it. One salad was supposed to have avocados on it according to the menu but didn't. Everything else was ok. The pizzooki's were amazing!

This place was really good this time last year on a major uphill from 2022, we came into today Sunday March 24th and it just wasn't the same. 15 minute wait to not sit at the bar with a empty restaurant, all the servers and management huddled around one table with super slow servers/bartenders. The sides were horrible and dry and the food took forever to come out

My server Jenna was fantastic. The restaurant was busy but she was attentive and did a great job. The food was really good- I had the ribs and a pookie. The host when I came in was also amazing. I’ll be in again. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful dinner experience.

To start, this place is over priced. The wait staff was obviously working hard, but heck, the kitchen staff can use a makeover. My wings were very well done… almost chipped a tooth. My wife’s entree was missing the star of the plate… WHAT?? Although the waitress made it right, but not without say that’s the way the dinner is served. LOL, they should not advertise the entree as so if it’s not going to be served as written. The dining area was obscured by the limited lighting. Next time I’ll go elsewhere for dinner… my tummy hurts ?

ARMANI TIJERINA, ask for her when you come to eat here, she made eating here so easy. Gave us the best recommendations, and always made sure we were doing okay. 10/10 service, and made sure our drinks were always full. Will come again, request her, you won’t regret it!

Sharkbait In New England

First time here & had the Blackened Atlantic Salmon with rice pilaf & broccoli. It was yummy ?. Tristan was my server/bartender & he was absolutely a very immpresionable professional ?%! He explained everything to me since it was my first time here to include explaining to me how BJ's Rewards Program worked & also the desserts here. He even let me know the Salmon comes from Argentina weekly! Before coming here, I didn't know BJ's brews their own beer & Tristan taught me that. All in all, I'm certain I'll return to this same restaurant/brewery. Thanks ?!
