My wife went to the bar to pick up our order. She gave the manager our name. He said he would check on it but never came back. Finally another employee came by and asked my wife what she needed. She told them and they turned around and grabbed our bag from the shelf. Got home and our food was soggy from sitting there so long.

We met family at Blue Sky Texas on Saturday afternoon expecting a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised to get through the line quickly and received our food in a timely manner!! The food was fresh and prepared the way we ordered it and I can't wait to travel back to Lubbock and enjoy another Blue Sky Texas meal!!

The onion rings are to die for, seriously they are probably the best onion rings I've ever had. The burger is holy crap it is the biggest one I've seen in a while. It melts in your mouth it is so good oh my gosh I had to eat it all the way to the next morning it was so good I'm telling you. If you've never eaten at this place you have got to go. It's a little expensive but it's definitely worth it I promise you.
I'm not sure why but it's been ages since I ate at Blue Sky. I was excited for a good burger and sweet potato fries. I ordered my burger without mustard... but it came with mustard. The fries were limp and soft. I guess this is why it's been ages. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months!

The salad dressing is a vinagrette with a slight touch of heat. Amazing! The burgers are ok.. appeared to me that everyone that got a burger had their buns fall apart. Old bread. Kinda pricey for burgers and fries. The cheese fries were horrible.

We had not been to Blue Sky in quit a while and after eating there yesterday we know why. just not that good. Food was too salty and greasy. and too pricey. my husband got fries with his burger.I think that's what they were. there was only about eight of them. I got onion rings but could not eat them because they were too salty. And I don't like a soggy hamburger. I would not mind paying the price if the burger was good.we will never be back.
