In town for Tech graduation and family of 6 and I went in for dinner due to great reviews and menu.
Very family friendly atmosphere, casual vibe, and good lived up to the rave.
Unfortunately, the service experience ruined the experience for us.
Short brunette That took our order was the most impatient and rude individual with an attitude that I’d expect from a fast food chain.
Elderly parents were rushed with continual “what else? Is that it?” Was also not given a second soft drink cup after paying and when asking, we were met with an eye roll and a dismissive “I already gave it him”.
Hopefully this is a one off experience. Wish ours was better as we really enjoyed our food.

I placed an order online and went through the drive-through to pick it up. The worker opened the window and didn’t even greet me. Only said “what’s the name” then slammed the window shut. When she came back, she handed me my food, then slammed the window shut again. Never once smiled. Horrible customer service that makes me not want to come back

We Celebrated my Grandfather's Heavenly Birthday and it was perfect. Had he been with us i know he would have definitely enjoyed his family gathering together there it was a fun night. I had a Mushroom & Swiss Hamburger with sautéed onions. The buns were soft & fresh and the hamburger patty cooked to juicy well done. The fries I had to take home and were still good for a midnight snack. I didn't even warm them up. Service, food, and cleanliness. We gathered for dinner at 7:00pm and stayed til close and they had no problem with us holding up so many tables. THANK YOU

Went during the lunch rush today; It was busy and took about 15 minutes to get our food after ordering. The hamburgers were definitely not cooked to order as they were not hot or juicy and fries had been sitting under heat lamps for a bit. Maybe we'll try again during off peak hours as it could have potential.

We’ve always eaten at Blue Sky- both locations- without problems. Today our order was wrong; they corrected it. However, fries were stale- a small issue, I know, but that’s why I choose Blue Sky - the fries

I won’t be going back to this location again. The guy at the register was incredibly rude. I simply asked if his line was open because there was a bit of confusion with another customer, and he just shrugged without even making eye contact. When I gave him my order, he seemed annoyed the entire time and never looked up. It really put a negative vibe on the whole experience, and I didn’t even enjoy my meal because of it. According to the receipt, his name is BS and honestly, it was just a really unpleasant visit. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.
The burgers are a 20 out of 10, they are absolutely incredible! Also green chili cheese fries were excellent!
