Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I swear if cheese gets any more expensive to add to burgers .....got the bag of burgers...NOT impressed at all. Super small. Looked like the person assembling them was blind...barely any condiments on them. They were not busy so it should have been a little better. For as many burger restaurants there are in Lubbock, these places better start paying a little more attention to quality.

Strawberry poppyseed salad was fresh and wonderful. Very good value. I’ll buy again.
Dining room was clean and staff was friendly.

Yogart twist very inexpensive

The absolute best mint chocolate chip ice cream. When something went wrong they have alwaysmade it right. Burgers are good too. The ice cream is why I keep going back.

1st time was great. 2nd even better. No complaints here.

This was hands down the worst experience we've ever had — and it's not even the first time. This is the second time we've come to this location, and once again, they completely skipped our order. Same manager, same incompetence. But this time, they didn’t just skip it — they messed it up beyond belief.

The entire place was in chaos. Orders were getting messed up left and right. At one point, another customer started yelling because of how badly they were handling things. It was a complete disaster.

I finally gave up and asked for a refund. The assistant manager couldn’t have cared less — no apology, no explanation, just a robotic “ok” and handed me the money like it was nothing. No accountability whatsoever.

If you value your time, your money, or your patience — avoid this location at all costs.

This place is always dirty, the counter where they make the shakes and keep the toppings is filthy. The weekends have all the kids that dont care to be there or wanna wrk.

opened my burger and there was a BITE already taken out of it!!! I went back and they just gave me a new one like a trust their burgers anymore! Absolutely disgusting

I go to Braums quite frequently and my kids always order a vanilla frozen yogurt and a twist frozen yogurt in a cup. I made the order twice. Once to the person that greeted me and the next to the person who got on the speaker. When he repeated my order back to me, I said “in a cup” when I got to the window to pick up my ice cream it was in a cone. I told the lady that I ordered them in a cup and she did not want to change it. So I told her I told them twice that I wanted it in a cup. She said “well I’ll have to ring you up separate” so I just asked for refund. That took forever as well. Never apologize to me, didn’t offer to fix it. Nothing. I believe she might have been the manager. Worst customer service.

Very clean area, parking place very clean. Ample place to park. Handicap parking were there. Staff very friendly . Waiting time for specials

Went in about half an hour before close. The first shake was completely liquid, way to much milk, not enough ice cream, the second shake had good consistency but was made with the wrong flavor of ice cream. It's pretty much hit or miss with this store, you never know what you're going to get.

Perfect place to have a nice bowl or cone of ice cream
