If your staff is going to constantly close 25 minutes early every day, then change your hours on your website and Google to reflect that

We pulled up to the drive thru and it took a while for someone to greet us or provide service. When someone finally did speak over intercom they were rude. They didn’t give us napkins, straws, nor a spoon for our banana split and we were traveling so we had to stop at a convenience store to get a spoon to eat our ice cream with.

First experience at this store was not good. They messed up our order twice and didnt give us much food. A month later we try them again and this is what they gave me for the chicken strip dinner combo meal. When we asked them for different strips they said that's what the stores get sent. Which I know is bull because I order this meal at other stores in the same town and in different towns and I have never received chicken stripe like this. When we asked for the corporate number the manager didnt even know where it was. She turned around and asked another employee if they knew where it was. I've worked in restraunts before and my managers would never allow us to give a customer the small pieces, especially that many. This is also the amount of fries I got in my combo meal.

I have never tried braums before this was my first time ever having it i got the pimento cheese and bacon chicken sandwich it was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had from a fast food restaurant as far as taste goes I will said the chicken was slightly over cooked but it didn't effect the edibility of it I will Definitely be back for that sandwich again

Hundreds of workers yet we are still waiting while I'm writing this review, forgot part of our previous order, and continue to ignore the 3 people in this line.

Stingy with the napkins and bad customer service chicken sandwich could’ve been better properly assembled

Yesterday we got a chicken sandwich instead of a salad. Asked for Ranch dressing and got balsamic. ???

Good burger & fries

Stopped in at Braums today for a quick lunch before heading out for the rest of the day’s business. What a great experience! The place was spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was top-notch. Dolores went above and beyond with a warm smile and professional care that made my visit outstanding.

It’s always refreshing to see a team that takes pride in what they do. If you’re in the area, stop by Brahms—you won’t be disappointed! Friendly faces, great food, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Great burgers and ice cream!

Every time I get a shake from them it hurts my stomach. Never again

If I could give a zero i would have . The burgers were terrible , cold and buns covered with mayo
The fries were cold . The drink bar was out of everything , lids and straws
My husband wemt to the counter to get straws and waited forever . Braums sauce was smeared all over that bar and there was no catsup . I went to counter to get some and was told it's out there, I said they are empty and she told me to sit down and they would bring me some , NEVER HAPPENED .All of the tables were dirty. That's the 3rd.time we've tried braums and never again .
The manager is the one that was so rude to us when we ask for anything .
That place needs a good manager .We finally left pur food on the table and left .

Went there and was not greeted by anyone friendly. placed my order and I had to repeat myself over 3 times. I get home just to find my order was wrong and I only ordered a few things. Employees are not happy with their job and it shows. Extremely disappointed at the quality and service of this location. This was my go to ice cream spot but no anymore. I’ll save my money what a waste. Do better

I really do love Braum’s— they have excellent food, fast service and a great price point. The food is typically fresh and good quality. I also enjoy that there is a variety of options and not only burgers. However, at times this location will forget food items or make them incorrectly when ordering via drive thru and you don’t even notice until you are home. My only suggestion would be that they train staff to pay more attention to each order.

Everything is always fresh
