Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

After the experience I endured this evening, it is safe to say I will never ever eat Braums again. I have never received food as disgusting as this ever in my life. I do not see how so many things could be wrong at the same time. The fries were overcooked and cold at the same time. They tasted like they had been fried in old oil. The bacon in the burger was so hard you could barely bite into it. After the first bite I decided to open the burger and I am so glad I did. The lettuce was beyond old. It disintegrated when I tried to pick it off the burger. The cheese… I honestly do not even know how to explain the cheese. It was as if it was old and then burnt in an oven. I’ve never seen cheese look this way. The meat tasted old. I feel like this burger had been sitting pre made for hours and then was microwaved. I believe the fries were sitting out for too long then put in the fryer again to make them hot and serve them. Sickening honestly. We did not eat the food. What a waste of money. I will say the staff was very friendly but there’s no excuse for serving food like this to someone.

A young soft-spoken gentleman took our order and he was so patient, nice, and tried his best to get our special order right and I really appreciate it. 4 stars however because the manager? Supervisor? who had to help him got snappy with me immediately.

Ordered an M&M mix and a Butter Pecan mix in. Waited and got it but they handed be a butterfinger one so I politely informed them what my correct order was. She grabbed it threw it away and told me to pull forward. I waited until two other customers behind me had passed. No
I’m sorry nothing, got home and realized once I got home they soaked the top in so much salt ( about half a shaker) to where it was inedible. Rude and terrible service!

i can't even rate anything else but service, the only employee to talk to us was a gentleman that worked at the market. all of the rest of the employees gave us dirty looks and proceeded to ignore us. not one person behind the counter even said "we will be right with you." we left without anything

5 star burger less than a star fries works saltiest fries ever thought it was just me but my entire family of six said and complained about it aswell all in all great place to eat but avoid the fries

Got the tender plate and literally got what equals ton2 tenders. Got 4 nuggets. Very disappointed. Especially since we live 25 minutes away from town.

Amazin food. Amazing place as always. I love Braum's. The quality of the product is amazing. Price has always been right. Their ice cream is a must. Everytime i see one i always go in for an ice cream. Workers are always nice. Will be back soon.

This place normally has the best service and sugar-free ice cream.
We normally order it when we come to Lubbock. They only have 1 flavor of sugar-free. The girl taking orders was not very friendly. The ice cream was not very good this trip. Tasted like it had melted and was refrozen.
Was sad as we were already on the road and just threw it away at the gas pumps. Sad thing was that I had just bragged about this one off of South University 2 days ago, being the best Braums

The inside and outside were both backed up. Sat in the line for 30 plus minutes only to be told to pull up and wait even longer for our ice cream. Horrible service!

Sprite was flat, they gave us chicken sandwiches that were very chewy/rubbery and inedible (like they were raw or something), gave us a cheeseburger instead of a bacon cheeseburger, didn’t give us sauce on the side, and to top it off took 20 minutes despite being only 1 of 2 people in the drive through and almost no one in the parking lot.

Dined-in here just before noon on a Sunday. I was the only customer in the place. Had great difficulty communicating my order to the counter person! Had to repeat myself multiple times and employee still didn’t get it. She mumbled something to me in a very low voice several times I wasn’t able to understand. Manager came over and I finally got my order in. Manager was not very friendly. I was not thanked for my business. The fries and burger were both warmed over and not very fresh. I had been eating here during the week at least once for the last several months. Usually the food is very good, especially for the price, and the service is fine. First time eating here on a Sunday; will be my last.

My husband's milkshake had a huge chunk of frozen stuff in it. Sort of ruins the shake.
