Went in about half an hour before close. The first shake was completely liquid, way to much milk, not enough ice cream, the second shake had good consistency but was made with the wrong flavor of ice cream. It's pretty much hit or miss with this store, you never know what you're going to get.
Me and my now wife went in to celebrate our engagement, we got to the desk to order. My wife got a chocolate shake and then I was asked what I wanted. I asked for a banana split and the cashier stared at me for a good 5 seconds and said “uhhhhh there’s no bananas” okay, how about a strawberry sundae? Same thing. More silence this time though, “uhhh there’s no strawberry’s”. I was stuck with plain vanilla ice cream and the only logical conclusion is that she ate all...
A young soft-spoken gentleman took our order and he was so patient, nice, and tried his best to get our special order right and I really appreciate it. 4 stars however because the manager? Supervisor? who had to help him got snappy with me immediately.
