I was craving a burger and they made it specific to my request, efficient and friendly service. It was what I needed on a Sunday noon lunch after church services.

I really like Braum's but I think their hamburger patties are too dry, other than that, it's a great place. Ice cream is awesome!!

Braums, is a better place than McDonald's any day. At least for parents pocket. Kids like both but McDonald's isn't worth buying a burger fries and drink for one child. Price is like 5 burgers if you get the bag of burgers. 11 and change it think. The only thing I don't like is Braums > if you ask for like something extra on your burgers. Maybe like put a little lettuce and pay little extra. We'll there they refer you to the 5 burgers that run you about 20 bucks. Lol, not that good. That's making a each burger about about the price of George's burgers each and there worth 4/5 bucks. Kids don't really care for the tomatoes and onions etc. Just ketchup/cheese/ very little lettuce. So id be pulling out all the dressing except that very little lettuce lol. I even offered if I could get some in like a to go id pay the extra. Nope not selling it guys say. I asked why ? Policy lol. Who does that?? Yeeep Braums does. I pay 20 bucks for 5 burgers ill go to George's burgers or Woodrow burgers. 5 bucks big big burgers Kids can have all the toppings they want and don't. Meat cheese and ketchup with lettuce. I get all the way everything for like 20 bucks lol. Soooo when you guys buy burgers if you want more for your money. Bag of burgers at Braums. You want just a little lettuce > make it a burger 🍔 at Woodrow burgers or George's burgers. God's good 👍 you have to conserve with 3 girls that like burgers with very little lettuce but it is what it is folks.

Ordered and specifically asked for NO NUTS, guess who got a full bite of nuts in the bottom of the sundae that was ordered-- someone with a nut allergy. Luckily it is a mild allergy but a mistake like that can KILL someone. This has happened multiple times before at this same location.

night crew was rude and were rushing me while I was ordering. Very upset.

The morning crew was very rude. Didn’t tell me to pull up to the second window after I paid, then acted like it was my fault. Going to the levelland location next time.
