Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

My boyfriend and I went to get ice cream and decide to get something to eat first. There was a girl sweeping and it was clear she didn't like her job. She kept dropping the broom and dust pan and was extremely loud. Then, she used her hands to wipe off the tables. Is that how all the tables get cleaned? I hope not! Never the less, we lost our appetite and left.

First time getting Braums. Service was excellent . Food was ok. Nothing great. Ice cream was very good & love the sugar free choices.

Price is great and found the store staff great.

Place was dirty and the guy also made our ice cream with out gloves then proceeded to touch registers, and dirty rags. Managers were also present so I assume this is normal and food handlers are not required.

There were at least 5 employees walking around behind the counter, and the place appeared clean. We asked if they had a lactose free option, and they looked at us like we were crazy and we were told they have sugar free but that's it. So we finally ordered 2 small ice creams. We waited for like 10 minutes and watched while one girl ran the drive-thru and did all the orders while the other four or five were simply walking back and forth. Well we finally asked where our ice cream was and the girl who was working the drive-thru said oh I forgot I'm sorry I will get it for you right now. Then when we finally got our ice cream it was wrong. We were afraid to tell them it was wrong because we were afraid we would never get the ice cream. So we are what we had and left. We will not return to this place.

Just go to any other braums in lubbock this one sucks.

They always get at least one thing wrong if not the whole order. Even after you correct them when they say it back to you. They are very rude about it too. I rarely have an interaction with a pleasant employee. At the window, you have to make sure you ask for napkins, straws, spoons, and basics before they shut the door on you. When you tell them your order is wrong, they’re even more rude to you about it. It’s in a nice area too, I wish they were better.

I got that #5 today, everything is always good and the bag of burgers for 6.70 is worth mentioning for family budget meals. Whole staff is friendly and all smiles, from the assistant manager to the shift manager to the grill cooks and counter people. Highly recommended for ice cream as well. Peanut butter snickers for me. No pics, I ate it all.😭😭😭😭😭😋

Been coming here for bit, it’s gradually gotten dirtier and dirtier, you mention something is out at the front and get attitude, they are fast and normally pretty good. I got the chicken strip dinner, my roll was hard and there were less fries than usual.

Most of the service staff are great and friendly. I'm met a few not so. Their ice cream trumps Blue Bell. Blue Bell was my first choice until I had Braums Mint chocolate chip! The food is fresh and cleaner than other fast foods

Kid-friendliness: I've only dealt with one or two staff that were rude or NOT nice. Generally they are nice friendly and helpful.

Really great choices in ice cream and food. No consistency in the fast food sometimes it's killer sometimes it kills. Also the floors are always sticky or the mop water needs the be changed.
