The food is ok but the atmosphere is less than desirable because they keep the music so loud. You can't even carry on a conversation because everyone has to yell to be heard over the music. It feels like they're trying to create a night club atmosphere for a family restaurant.

So dissatisfied, usually such a great place to have dinner, tonight we were celebrating my father in laws birthday. We arrived around 8pm, drinks (water) took a very long time, we ordered appetizers and asked for silverware and small plates. We never received the plates and my husband had to get his own silverware. I placed my order, then was told they were out. Then they told my husband and father in law they only had enough fish for one plate. Once the food came out , the waiter keep giving the wrong plate to people. He was nice , but kind of clueless. After all that we found a large chunk of something in the tater sauce. And my cousin returned his salmon because it tasted off. When my mother in law said something about a discount the manager just talked over her, ignoring her. Definitely not a good experience ?

Really good half pound burger 'n fries. Fried pickles were sliced a bit too thin to taste the pickle waiter friendly. Dined at 5:30 pm. Food arrived fairly quickly.
Our evening cut short. We visited bubba's 33 for some dinner and didn't get past the appetizer. Four of us at the table, we started off with drinks and the loaded cheese fries for an appetizer. One of us at the table with an allergy to onions, that was made clear as we ordered them without onions or chives. Well they came out with onions. We alerted the manager on duty, she apologized and offered to remake them. Second time the came out we started eating and noticed to late it also came with onions. At this point my wife is having an allergic reaction. The allergy was not taken seriously, they still wanted to charge us for drinks. The manager once again apologetic but nothing she could do. She kept asking what else we wanted. To have a good time and dinner is what we wanted. We got no invitation or incentive to go back. Taking care of the customer is number one. Anyone could have stood there and apologized. Where are the managerial skills?

Reminds me of texas road house without the rolls. Not a fan of the side salad. To many onions fried and fresh. Very basic foodI personally will not visit again.
Service was horrendous. The drinks order had to be placed twice to get it once. The waitress was questioning the drink order and spilt one of the beers across the table, brought another beer to replace the first one, then still charged us for the second beer. The chicken meal that was ordered was brought out over done and burnt, after sending the food back to be re-done, the manager came by and tried to justify the food being a cooked a certain way, instead of trying to apologize or make things right. Then tried to get the table to sign up for the rewards program. The manager seemed more concerned with the rewards program over caring about actual customer service and all of the things that had occurred up to this point. We have no issue with paying for what we ate nor what we had to drink, but yet nothing was offered in return for all of the issues throughout the service.
