I came in to do a hotwing challenge and was very excited to try it. When I asked if I could do that they told me no because there is a wing shortage. Which it’s kinda weird it being a WING place. Not only that I proceeded to order 20 wings that’s not the challenge and that was fine. I just think they are very lazy.

Been to allot of buffalo's around Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, new Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, and Oregon. I can say this location and the guy in the back who likes fishing and understands customer service and how to be cool same with the management. All these other buffalos skills take notes on their won't making skills from the ball pro shop hat guy. Thanks you

Can not ever thank the whole staff at Buffalo wild wings.on May 22nd after graduation we all got together with a huge party .wow they got hit real hard with tons of other families going over there to celebrate the graduation.wow the place was clean I wish I could remember the phenomenal GM that worked that night 22nd He was cleaning serving working just as hard as his amazing staff did . I want to congratulate the cooks in the back the waiters and waitresses and the GM that worked at that night the presentation of the food was so amazing and delicious the teamwork was unbelievable I can never thank you all for this amazing experience our family have thank you all from the front of the house to the back of the house for doing such a remarkable and I mean a remarkable job!!

Forgot part of my order. Pretzel bites were hard as a rock! Didn’t offer and wouldn’t refund those items. So went back and received fixed order and it was still trash!!

This place has gone downhill 😕. It's not good, at all. Bad service. Bad food. Expensive drinks. Is it that hard to provide enough sauce to cover the entire wing? Kokios wings are bigger, better, cheaper, and they provide decent service.

Very disappointed. We come from out of town with a team and never had I seen so much racism as I did today at this place. We were told they couldn't seat us together, but yet they seated another group not our race together. Poor management.
Went for dinner and ordered 20 wings. Nearly 40 minutes later, still no wings. It didn't seem very busy and seemed everyone was waiting on orders. Ask to leave they still charged for the soft drinks. No wonder I stopped going here.

39 years old never been to a buffalo wild wings this was my forst and i loved it food was great my favorite part was tgey guy coming around to tables doing card tricks for us while we waited for food that there is one of the big reasons i will be back he was awsome it was fun

What is going on in the back or with the servers that it takes 45mins to a hour to get simple wings?? And at that, cold food. I see the servers walking around acting busy or not at all. Are they working what they’re paid?
