The service was very bad. Waiter took his time to serve us. All of our food was cold. I didn't get all the fixens for my Hamburger. We will not be back. Bad experience.

Awesome service, did was spot on!!!! My husband cut his arm right before we arrived at the restaurant and the manager quickly grabbed bandaids etc. and helped without hesitation.

Paid for my order online got there at the time the order was supposed to be ready and they told me I didn’t paid for my order therefore it wasn’t ready. I have to show them proof that I paid for it and waited 30 minutes to get my food!!!
Came back to this location after 5 or so years and I got the nastiest driest wing plus one wing still had FEATHERS on it!!! Freaking disgusting… I dispossessed of the entire order after I realized the feathers were there.. Btw y'all never made it right the first time so I don’t expect you yo make it right this time.

Mackenzie was fantastic. I am newly gluten free. She answered all my question and directed me to safe foods. She even when back to the kitchen to triple verify my order. Our party watched college football and had a wonderful lunch! I highly recommend!

We walked in at 2:58pm today and a male sever greeted us and told us it was open seating. We sat down at a booth table and waited for someone to come and take our drink order. We waited for over 20 minutes with both servers looking at us and ignoring us. We walked out at 3:20. It really made us upset and it felt worse cause it’s my birthday 😞😞 I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon.

We had the WORST EXPERIENCE. First off we waited over an hour for our food. We get it and it’s cold. Then the kitchen staff was cussing up a storm and loudly!!! The sad part is the manger was in the kitchen while all this is going on. Where we sat it was visible to the kitchen.Employees in the kitchen weren’t wearing a cap or a hairnet. My food had wilted lettuce. When we asked for the manager she comes out and I voiced my concerns about the cussing and having to wait so long for the food. She said she was sorry that she had told the employees to keep it down. I then told her well if they don’t listen get them out. You’re losing business because of this. I told her we will never come to this establishment again. I’m hoping that this girl gets more management training because the way those employees acted I would have either sent them home or let them go. The cussing was just flat out ridiculous.

Their appetizers were really nice. The onion rings and cheese stakes were pretty good. We also tried wings. However, the quality was not that good. The beers were also nice except the buffalo one.

Lyrik was our server and she was very attentive. Drinks constantly refilled as well as our endless appetizers. She had a bubbly personality and I’ll be coming back specifically for her!
