Me and my girlfriend went in to get a couple of drinks. Waited at the bar for 15 then switched sides hoping someone would serve us. Waited another 15 mins and eventually left got tired of being walked by and ignored. Seems like they were having their own party in the back.

Not only is their food subpar their service is the slowest in town. And not because they are making fresh food. When you walk in, you seat yourself and wait around 10 minutes for someone to even greet you at your table to take your drink order. Then, you place your order and wait 30+ minutes before getting your food and when it comes out some or all of it is usually cold. It is infuriating. And for a bar, their mixed drinks are not good. Unless you’re looking for a beer, they’re not the place to go for a drink. The only reason we ever go is because it is close and convenient and even then it’s almost not worth it.

When you enter there is a sign, sit any where you want. I choose patio, I passed atleast 2 servers that saw me go out there I also sat at a high table so I could be seen. I was waiting on a group of 23 and as I waited I was not attended to for over 9 min. I notified our group ride and we went to Walkons. We were greeted right away and sat in the bar area. Sucks for you guys, so stay away from bdubs and go to walkons. And yes bdubs was pretty much empty so no excuses.

Poor service, waiting for food for almost an hour, the place isn’t even remotely busy, it’s been like this with the service for a while and seems like there’s no urgency in picking up the pace for anything around here. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I miss the old bedubs where food was to portion and wasn't served on a tray made fore prison inmates. Like I get how there saving money, but to cutting corners on portion sizes is just low. Inspite of all that above... I just wanted to get a beer and food cuz its the only place open late anymore in Lubbock and close to home but then I have to listen to gospel and RnB wich is just cringe to me. Like I get taking yr significant other out on the town but you don't go to B-Dubs and start reminiscing. This the place you come to blow off some steam and kick it, come on B-Dubs you can do better!

Terrible, waited at least 30 minutes and nobody came over to ask if we have been helped. 4 employees walked by us. Came from the one on 19th service was TERRIBLE. It is not the same at all. Will definitely not be returning.
Hands down not a place it use to be ,wings look like dino nuggets ,sampler changed,waited for a hour just to order drinks , just wished the original owners never sold to a less experienced new owners who dont know the people.

First, I ordered a combo, which is 6 wings and 6 boneless plus a side of fries and Cole slaw and on the side I order a side of onion rings. I got my order 40 minutes late, then when I checked on my order before I leave (because always they do my order wrong) I noticed everything was thrown and I was missing my fries and Cole slaw. I talked to the guy and he just gave me the Cole slaw. But I was still missing my fries, so he sent a co-worker to talk to me, and he explained that they substituted or understood that I wanted to replaced my fries with the onion rings, which I paid separately. They wanted me to pay extra for a side fries even though, they charged me extra for adding the onion rings which wasn’t the combo that I asked for. I ended up cancelling my order, the manager came with a bad attitude without greeting or saying I’m sorry “ she just said “ if I do the refund it will take from 24-48 hours to get reflected on your card”. Which it wasn’t the attitude that I needed to received as a customer. All I wanted is to have my order right for the time that I wasted waiting. I just left without a good customer service and super hungry and disappointed.

Haven’t done too many low scores on reviews, but this one started off good, and ended with “to go” boxes. We haven’t eaten here but once since they lost us when they took away the BOGO a few years back. Thought we’d give it a go…. Anyway, we arrived at 12:10 and seated ourselves. Elijah was our waiter, did a really good job considering the circumstances. Ordered cheese curds, they came out quick and were good. Our other two party members arrived and we ordered at 12:20. Now, the restaurant was fairly empty, probably 20-25 guests there? Simple wings and 2 chicken sandwiches were ordered, and arrived….. 40 minutes later!! This is when the “to go” boxes came and we had to take our food since we were running out of time. My fried sandwich was decent, wife’s sandwich was dry… and of course the fries were, well, box fries. We did receive a nice $7 discount for the entire meal, I thought that was about 15$ shy of the mark. I don’t expect a full comp, but, that was not an effort for the wait. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re looking for this type of situation.
