Haven’t done too many low scores on reviews, but this one started off good, and ended with “to go” boxes. We haven’t eaten here but once since they lost us when they took away the BOGO a few years back. Thought we’d give it a go…. Anyway, we arrived at 12:10 and seated ourselves. Elijah was our waiter, did a really good job considering the circumstances. Ordered cheese curds, they came out quick and were good. Our other two party members arrived and we ordered at 12:20. Now, the restaurant was fairly empty, probably 20-25 guests there? Simple wings and 2 chicken sandwiches were ordered, and arrived….. 40 minutes later!! This is when the “to go” boxes came and we had to take our food since we were running out of time. My fried sandwich was decent, wife’s sandwich was dry… and of course the fries were, well, box fries. We did receive a nice $7 discount for the entire meal, I thought that was about 15$ shy of the mark. I don’t expect a full comp, but, that was not an effort for the wait. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you’re looking for this type of situation.

Bro… I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. First off, I sat there so long waiting on a drink I started seeing visions. Like I went through all 5 stages of dehydration before someone even made eye contact. Refills? Don’t even bother — you’d have better luck milking a cactus or hitchhiking to the gas station across the street with a Big Gulp cup.
Our server? Disappeared like Houdini with student loans. Took an entire episode of a Netflix series just to get food. And when it finally arrived? Cold. Like “left outside during a snowstorm in January” cold. I’ve had microwaved leftovers with more life in them. You could taste the delay. Just mid in every sense of the word.
By the end, I wasn’t even mad — I was spiritually defeated. Like the whole experience aged me. I walked in 25 and walked out lookin’ 43 with joint pain.
0/10. Would rather eat gas station sushi blindfolded in a moving car.

this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the server informed us right away that there was “only one cook in the kitchen” despite the fact that there were at least three families dining in the restaurant. That already made us nervous, but we decided to wait it out.
After waiting over 45 minutes just for boneless wings, they finally brought them out and they were literally rock hard. Not crunchy. Not overcooked. I mean hard as a damn rock completely inedible. We couldn’t even chew them. I’ve had frozen food at gas stations that tasted better and had more effort put into it than what we were served here.
To make matters worse, every single one of us ended up with food poisoning. I’ve been sick all day, and my stomach is still in knots. We spent over $70 on this garbage, and I still tipped the server because I know it’s not their fault entirely but seriously, if your kitchen is that understaffed and can’t handle a handful of customers without serving inedible, dangerous food, then shut it down for the night. Don’t play with people’s health like this.
I’m absolutely disgusted. Horrible food. Horrible management. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Get it together, Buffalo Wild Wings. You’ve officially lost a customer for life.

We hadn't gone in well over 5 years and the last time was very VERY sub-par in every aspect. But we went to the Wolforth location and had the cheese sticks (came out hot and had a nice cheese-pull). I had the triple bacon cheeseburger and was very well pleasantly surprised at how good it was. My wife enjoyed her naked tenders as well. Along with a honey cider, this gave me hope that BWW may not be the restaurant it once was. Clean, bright restaurant with friendly, attentive staff made it a pretty good visit. It did cost us about $55 (app, beer, soda,2 entrees and tax) so it's still a bit pricey but the beer was $9.50.

The food is great here but the service is so horrible been here twice you have to wait like 20 minutes just for someone to come ask you what you’d like to drink you get like 5 fried pickles for $10 when we asked for a manger we waiting until we were finished with our food and she came by said 5 words and then left very disappointed because the food is good just the service is pretty bad! I don’t recommend coming unless you ready to wait

I totally forgot to ask his name(tall skinny white guy with a beard) Our server today was so nice and understanding!! We started out eating inside but once my 3 month started getting fussy we ask if we could move outside so I could nurse him facing away from people (mostly kids). He more than happy to let us!!! I wish more people and places were like this. Thank you so much sir!

Went late last night. There’s prob 20 customers total and waited for an hour on food. Finally had to ask another server for an update since our waitress never checked on us. It was obvious our order didn’t get put in and they were scrambling to get it out. We lost our appetite and decided to leave. Manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come apologize. Customer service is lacking at this location

Went in to do a walk in order. Had to go to the back to find someone to take my order. Two young girls were in the back talking, had to interrupt their conversation to see if someone could take my order. One of the girls said I am not on the clock and turned around to continue to talk to the other server. Finally the bar tender took my order, didn’t offer me anything while I waited. Food was cold and fries were not fresh. Will not rush back!!

Server was friendly, kind of shy. Food runner was less approachable. The food was consistent in quality as expected from B dubs and the environment was welcoming and clean.

Do not order delivery from BWW, specifically from this location. Your order will be serviced by Door Dash only it won't have the accountability of Door Dash. You won't know the name of the Dasher that stole your food, nor will you have any recourse from the BWW manager. You will be screwed out of your food and hard earned money.
If you are really craving mediocre wings opt for dine in or pick up, just avoid delivery.

Food was pretty good. Came during lunch time. There was hardly no one here. Even with this, service was very very slow. Have had issues with speed before with this place. Hire more employers if you need to, or something. Would not recommend.
