Grilled chicken sandwich used to be a 5 some years back now tough as nails not eatable. Egg bacon cheese full of grease made very sloppy. Again some years back outstanding. I bragged to my new wife how good it was had to apologize. Use to have sprite zero no caffeine of course now none.

Food was not good, chicken dry and tough. Cheese just slapped on not appealing. Onion rings were greasy. Burgers were minimal not much difference in regular and large size burgers. Will not be going back at all. Very disappointed

I had been a customer for over 20 years. I will no longer be eating at this establishment. I was treated VERY rudely yesterday, on October 2, 2024, when I went to buy some gravy. The manager or someone who has been there in a manager-like position, rudely declined to sell me gravy. He told they could NOT sell me gravy. (His facial expressions were extremely unprofessional, too.) However, I had been sold gravy on two previous times. The service and atmosphere ratings are based on yesterdays treatment.

Best burger in town! Crispy bun and homemade burger flavor. Make it the way you want at the condiment bar. I love adding way too many pickles so I can snack on them for a side.

We went in for lunch today, and before we ordered my mom said “hold on I’m gonna go see if there was any open tables.” There was a blonde girl at the register who slammed her pen on the counter and rolled her eyes. As if it concerned her or bothered her. Then there was a red head who was giving my mom attitude and it just wasn’t the best service at all.

Went for lunch today, wife ordered regular burger and I ordered the large burger. Our burgers were the same size. When I asked if they were sure it was a large, the young lady rudely told me it was. Both burgers didn’t even come close to filling the bun. Both were very thin and looked like a McDonald’s patty on their bun. Sadly prices have increased as well, I’m sure they are saying their cost have increased, but unfortunately their quality decreased. There are better places in Lubbock to get a better quality burger for the same or lower in cost. We will not return, there was a time that this was one of the best burgers in town, not anymore.
