We were passing through Lubbock and ordered online based on the great reviews. When we opened our sack with burgers down the road, we were shocked to find just meat and a bun - No condiments, lettuce, tomato, pickles, nothing. Just dry bread and a meat patty. When my wife when inside to pick up the order she asked about the missing drink, the waitress rudely told her she should have checked at the front and slammed down a cup. Very unprofessional. Maybe Lubbock locals know what to expect here, but for travelers this was a complete disappointment. Can't recommend based on the bare-bones food and poor service.

I moved here recently and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these burgers. Hands down Lubbock, TX top burger and fries joint. You can tell they are made fresh daily and the buns, omgeee...they are great. This will be our go to place. Your buns are up 🙂
