Burger King in Lubbock

“I wish all the burger kings in lubbock could be good like this location. I live right by the one on 4th and that place is atrocious it will be closed down soon. The one on 19th not any better. I litterally drive all the way across town when I live by two just to eat at this location. It sucks having to do this. But if you want decent food and dont want to throw away money I guess you go where they havent failed. Thanks for being consistently good. I really appreciate it.“

“When we went they were having slight difficulties with some equipment. The gentleman behind the counter, Damian, made sure to inform us of the issue and went above and beyond to help us. While the food is your standard BK food, his service and the building made it a solid experience.“

“This place is the best I've been too in a long time the people who work are the best I've seen they got these youngsters who work here and let me tell u about them they are so wonderful n help full her I can't say nothing but good things about this place from the mangers to they're young help this a place u want to come and eat lunch or anytime in-between

Parking: Never ending parking“

“Went here on July 15th after BK on University and S Loop 289 pissed me off. It was very busy but I was acknowledged right away and my order was taken pretty fast. Everyone was working hard and trying to get orders in. The drive thru was packed and the lobby was getting busy too. I was very satisfied w my experience here. My burgers were just right and my order correct. I spoke to the manager and thanked him. All of the employees were helpful , nice and respectful. Even the manager himself. I appreciate everyone who worked that day. I will definitely be back again.“

“Friendly staff who worked quickly to get food out. My husband drove all the way from Q to this location because of the service and they put out fresh food unlike other locations where we always get stale buns. Thank you to the staff on Tuesday night. They rocked it!“
