“When we went they were having slight difficulties with some equipment. The gentleman behind the counter, Damian, made sure to inform us of the issue and went above and beyond to help us. While the food is your standard BK food, his service and the building made it a solid experience.“

“Great store, Great burgers, Even though the cashier forgot to give my card back to me and I had to drive 20 miles back to get it . And they say that there phone is not in service so I couldn’t get through to them when I called . The phone has been like this for months now .“

Parking: Never ending parking“

“Went here on July 15th after BK on University and S Loop 289 pissed me off. It was very busy but I was acknowledged right away and my order was taken pretty fast. Everyone was working hard and trying to get orders in. The drive thru was packed and the lobby was getting busy too. I was very satisfied w my experience here. My burgers were just right and my order correct. I spoke to the manager and thanked him. All of the employees were helpful , nice and respectful. Even the manager himself. I appreciate everyone who worked that day. I will definitely be back again.“

“I came here Saturday 6/21. Very clean facility, staff was friendly and upbeat. GM working this day was on his A game listening and leading the team. Food was fresh and on point. I have been very disappointed with a lot of Burger Kings over the last few year but will definitely come back to this one.“

“Great guy by the name of Curtis took my order. We were having some issues with the app. He didn’t complain not one time. No faces or gestures. Tbh i had stopped going to that one and a few others because of rude customer service. I wish I had the patience he had. I apologized for making things kind of complicated with the app. I finally got it to work and ordered through my phone. We proceeded to just go ahead and dine in. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you Curtis for this pleasant experience. We will be returning to that one like we used to go eat there. Definitely deserves a higher pay grade. I worked restaurants before. Thank you man.
