pulled into drive thru they open with our card reader is down. I reply with thats fine and as im saying I am paying cash they talk over me and say we wont take orders. very rude and unprofessional

Very ghetto very rude they just hire any employee service sucks they take forever to hand out food the manager is rude and can’t take up for his actions or his employees I would not go there they don’t wash there hands either

Worst manager ever i believe her name was Leticia.. she had a attitude because she forgot my drink and i asked for grape jelly and she said i was doing to much … regardless im a customer and you for got my stuff.. worst customer service and she doesn’t deserve The position shes in if she doesn’t like her job then she need to find something new to do.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING TO A COMPANY‼️‼️ People like here is the reason no ine want to come back to this place and the quality of food is terrible my best experience there was with the black manager I believe he just started working at this store they need more people like the new manager KJ instead of the girl i dealt with this morning

I left feeling disgusted, my wife and i ordered $7 trios. EVERY single item tasted like dirty dish water. The employees are very rude and dismissive. Many of them appeared unclean and disheveled. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason. It is a terrible experience everytime but today was the last time that place gets my money.

3rd time I have went to this Burger King after work at about 11 pm at night and was told for the third occasion that the bread machine is down and they can’t make anything at all… Didn’t know Burger King made there own buns. Oh wait they don’t just a bunch of lazy no good employees in there. I don’t know who owns this location but your night crew is purposely screwing you out of money because they don’t want work…. I’ll never go to this location ever again.

The ice machine on the lobby seems to be broken cause the three times I have gone there was never any ice I had to ask them for ice at the counter when I came In it took like 5 minutes for some one to come take my order one other guy waited in front of me Another guy waited about two minutes and left when I ordered my food the onion rings tasted stale and old and the burger was tiny

The whopper was awesome. Fries were okay. Initially the cashier was a little snooty. But she pulled her head out of her ass when she realized I was being polite. Tables were sticky.

Didn't listen to what was ordered made as easy as possible for 2 separate burgers nothing else asked for no onions and jalapenos with extra pickle didn't get the pickles or jalapenos and received onions not the first time definitely needs to be shut down they pay no attention and rather play around with each other than get an order right

We went there to pick up our order we had placed our order on the burger King app and when we got to the drive thru they told us our order wasn't ready at all cause they couldn't get the grill going to do the patties that it was gonna be 30 minutes so we parked we lasted about an hour in a half waiting finally we got our order and apparently our order was terrible my original chicken sandwich was not right they gave me hamburger buns instead of the original buns that come with the chicken sandwich all the food was cold couldn't eat anything all was so nasty we wasted $43 for nothing than I called to talk to a manager and they told me a manager will call me until this day I'm still waiting for a manager to call me to resolve this issue cause we spent $43 for good food to be able to eat not throw away so hopefully we hear from a manager cause this was a very bad experience at this burger King they should at least call and try to fix this but I will never go to a burger King again or recommend it at all this is the burger King on 2002 50th street lubbock

Fries are still bad. Nuggets were burnt. This location always has something wrong. It may be out of ice , may be out of cheese, the food order is wrong, the systems down etc. Dont know if the equipment is old or what but.. Def. Needs improvement on the franchise owners part. The workers are doing good and can only do so much with what little they have.

I don’t know whatever happened to the manager Abel and his crew but he was the best! Always friendly, fast and accurate. I really hope they bring him back to this location and quick! Has not been the same since he left.
My last three experiences here were all terrible :(
Please bring back Abel and his crew. Me, my husband and kids love it when he works!

Went here on July 15th after BK on University and S Loop 289 pissed me off. It was very busy but I was acknowledged right away and my order was taken pretty fast. Everyone was working hard and trying to get orders in. The drive thru was packed and the lobby was getting busy too. I was very satisfied w my experience here. My burgers were just right and my order correct. I spoke to the manager and thanked him. All of the employees were helpful , nice and respectful. Even the manager himself. I appreciate everyone who worked that day. I will definitely be back again.
