I visited the Burger King on 50th Street and had a disappointing experience. After placing my order and receiving my food, I asked for two sweet and sour sauces. The employee told me they only had 11 left in the store and could only give me one. I politely asked if I could simply purchase an additional sauce like any regular customer. Instead of responding professionally, she rolled her eyes, shut the window, grabbed another sauce, and then slammed the window when handing it to me.

This level of customer service was unacceptable and completely unnecessary. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t receive the same treatment.
Maybe keep up on stock and this issue won’t happen.

Front register worker didn’t even greet or read our order back first I thought she was dead but then I asked if the machine was out of ice and she just gave me a puzzle look.paid a lot of money for this sorry meal that wasn’t even given proper portion.we will not return to Burger King ever.they just need to close all them down.its not the company that’s bad it’s the people that work for them that makes businesses go out of businesses

This is the worse place we walked in waited like 10 min for the girl an she came up to register an she was so rude she took one of my order and left for like 3 minutes an came back an she took a little more to my order left again an she was like come on like hurry up and she left again so we just left but she was the rudest person she was a black lady and she looked drugged idk but very rude there was no people there only two employees and the rudest people ever will never go there again

Every time I come this place for breakfast it seems like they are always short on food items like you have breakfast but don’t have eggs, and ordered a eggnormous burrito and 10 minutes later they tell you they can’t find the tortillas in the cooler. Every time I come it just worst and worst and it sucks that I almost live in front of BK but have to go to another one. Fix this please

Worst experience ever the drive thru wait was 30 mins then they got my order wrong so I went inside to talk to somebody and the customer service was horrible they got mad because they had to redo my order and on top if it the order was still wrong!!!! And they just threw it all messy in the bag so unprofessional!!!!!

Nobody here 5 workers I just ordered 2 burgers yet they have me pull up and wait 5 mins. This restaurant needs a new GM and AGM cause no traffics and yall still have people wait on food is crazy. I’d understand if 1-2 people were here or inside but it’s completely empty just 5 employees and no one is working fast. Window times are here for a reason! There should be no reason anyone has to wait for food here. No wonder nobody comes here anymore…

Worst manager ever i believe her name was Leticia.. she had a attitude because she forgot my drink and i asked for grape jelly and she said i was doing to much … regardless im a customer and you for got my stuff.. worst customer service and she doesn’t deserve The position shes in if she doesn’t like her job then she need to find something new to do.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING TO A COMPANY‼️‼️ People like here is the reason no ine want to come back to this place and the quality of food is terrible my best experience there was with the black manager I believe he just started working at this store they need more people like the new manager KJ instead of the girl i dealt with this morning
