Terrible service. Rude employees if you actually get your order taken. Not sure how there still in business.

I placed an order on the app, 37$ when I got there in the drive-thru the manager said they didn't have any cheddar bites, or the Hershey pies, the only sweet things they had were the sweet drink stuff, I asked if I could get a refund on those items he told me to pull forward... He gave me the receipt and said I could call the number on it for a refund, I said ok, 15 minutes later a different gentleman approached the window and asked if I'd been helped, I said I had an order on the app, he asked what I had because he didn't see an order. Then the manager there who was helping out from a different store (supposedly) came to the window and asked how can we help you keep in mind this is the same guy that gave me the receipt earlier... I said it's me just waiting for my online order, he said I thought you wanted a refund, I was like no just for the items you didn't have... He said he would rush it out to me to just pull forward, then a could minutes later a gentleman brought me out 1 drink, I had ordered 2, he said they were out of mellow yellow, so I said Dr pepper, he said they were out of that also, this was getting to be very ridiculous... I got a root beer. When I got home I realized They didn't give me any of the condiments that I asked for, the ones for the chicken fries, and the burgers were rushed and didn't get the "have it your way right away" part right because our customizations on the burgers were all completely wrong they had 10 times the amount of condiments it normally should have spilling out over the edges onto our clothes it wasn't very warm let's see what else I went through the drive-thru and the guy said they didn't have some of those items they didn't tell me they didn't have the mellow yellow drink either and said could I get a refund on those things and he said go through the app or make a call so I was going through the app and went through this and then I'm at the window in about 12 to 15 minutes later a different gentleman approaches Windows like have you already been helped like yeah I had an order on the app he's like oh hold on and he went and started making drinks and then the other guy came as like how can I help you and I was like ah you're the one I talked to 15 minutes ago he's like oh I thought you wanted a refund on that like not the whole order man just the two items or three items or whatever it was and then I get home and found out they didn't have any of the condiments in the back for the fries or the chicken fries this is the worst most horrible Burger King on the planet I will never go back here and I will actively spread the word for customers not to go to this Burger King
I just walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. Both employees made direct eye contact with me and didn’t take my order, or even say “hi.” The one guy mumbled something to me before just turning and walking away. Another man was in front of me when I walked in and he was being ignored as well. He just happened to already be eating in the restaurant. I left cause I was on a small time crunch. Precious reviews are obviously warranted.

Just look at the workers and see what they do.
I ordered 2 of the 2 mix in match sandwiches. 2 sausage and 2 bacon. I ordered online. When I arrived took 15 min until I was handed my bag and it only had 2 in the bag. I let the lady at the counter know I was missing 2 items and then it took about 10 min to get my other 2 items. I waited about 30 min for 4 breakfast croissants. Also I observed the lady who was prepping the sandwiches wearing no gloves as she touched every piece on the sandwiches she was prepping with her fingers. Definitely won't be going back to this location
I am beyond dissatisfied with my recent experience at this Burger King location. The lack of customer service was appalling. I received a half-raw burger, which is completely unacceptable, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, the woman working accused me of switching parts of the burger with something from home! I was stunned by the unprofessional and accusatory behavior.
To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager, their response was just as disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, they dismissed my concerns as if they weren’t important.
This experience left me utterly disappointed and questioning if customer satisfaction is even a priority here. I will not be returning to this location and advise others to avoid it as well.
Horrible service, food is always wrong then when questioned i get attitude! Even from the managers, especially around breakfast time! I just don't understand how they can't get it together especially management!

Sat at the intercome for over 5 minutes waiting on them to take my order,pulled around and she was playing on her phone,sat at the drive thru over 5 minutes waiting on a whopper meal...nightmare! I'll stick to the one on 19th street!!

drive thru man was very amazing ,great customer service and polite, I asked about the coupon because we had two separate orders and apparently can't use coupons if yr in the same car so he got in trouble by April the manager. She is so rude! We gave you service ma'am and go there so many times and it seems like April always has a problem. Step down from management position and learn customer service..this is why we never go inside to dine there when she is working....

i ordered a bacon king with no ketchup no mustard only mayo, cheese, pickles and of course bacon i mean it’s in the name right anyways i open it up and no bacon no cheese has ketchup on it and two pickles this is what my “bacon king” looked like?♀️would not recommend ordering burger king this has happen three times already ?♀️

40 min and counting waiting on a small whopper meal. Nothing else. A disaster- owners should get in there and work— they are lazy as hell for not hiring to keep up with demand. Even worse for not hopping in there with the short staff workers to get orders done. This was a mobile order and I was only offered crown points instead of my money back. Never again

Waited at the speaker and nobody ever took my order so I had to leave. It was clearly open and people inside, but refused to take or didn’t ever say anything.
