I came to the Burger King on University and the loop last week, and I waited in the drive through for over 5 minutes before they asked for me to order. I ordered and pulled up and waited for over 15 minutes for a fully loaded croissanwich. When I got the food, it was missing ham from it. The receipt showed the correct order. I am here again this weekend and I pulled up to the drive through and I waited for a couple of minutes and no employee asked me to order. I backed up and walked inside, where there was only one person eating food and I was the only other customer. The lady taking orders was talking in the back with the cook and she came right to the front when I walked in and she takes someone else's order from the drive through. After I ordered my food, she walks back to the cook area and the cook starts swearing loudly in the back. It was not an argument, she was talking about a ride in the car, but was swearing every few words. I love croissannwich's from Burger King, but service at this location sucks! Do better!!!

Both my wife's and my whoopers were cold. I wanted to take them back but the guy in the back wasn't wearing a hat or net to cover his hair. Both employees we saw in the store were wearing dirty uniforms so we were afraid our food would be spit in if we complain. Store was dirty and there was only 1 other couple in the store the woman said she was waiting for a job interview and the husband was trying to get us to buy them food because it was their anniversary. Sorry I'm all over the place but this was the strangest nastiest place I have ever been in
