So this night of April 3rd, 2024 at 9:05 pm I had walked in to pick up my mobile order, the woman behind the counter did not greet me or offer me service. Instead she had given me a very unscrupulous look, turned, and walked away from the front counter. So what seemed like the only cook in the kitchen had come up to the front and asked I was there to pick up my order. Having worked in fast food service myself, I was disgusted with the atmosphere and environment I had entered and found it even more disappointing that the cook in the kitchen had to come up and offer me service. Overall I had an awful time and had come to find out that my burger was not made how I had specified, I do not think I will be going to this location again.

Went through drive through. I really liked the Mushroom burger. I wish they would stop taking it off the menu. It's really expensive now. When it used to be pretty decently priced. Their fries are still better than Mcdonald's in my opinion.

I’d give no stars if I could. Mainly because I never received the food I paid for. Placed a mobile order, they couldn’t find it and basically said pay again. Will never go back and have reported y’all to my bank. Have the day you deserve. The lady at the desk ignored me till I asked for help then told me basically I can’t help I don’t even have the app or know how to use it. -100 stars if I could. Y’all are some thieves.

If you order no onions there will be onions, if you want to add bacon there will be no bacon, if you order impossible whopper it will be burnt and inedible, not a busy at all and 0 effort put into getting the order right..

You will be the only car in line, repeat your order 4 times, go to the window get your food after asking if your order is correct 2 more times just to go home and still have the wrong order!!!! They do not care, they take the trust you put into them for granted and just somehow still make you feel that Burger King is SOME HOW one of the only places that has people that "hope" it can be good and still get disappointed more times then not with wrong orders! It's disappointing, sad, and laughable, viewer discretion!

I wouldn't give it a star but have to in order leave a review ...Went to drive thru order my kids some food got home when I live across town and turns out they missed up on our order.....plus there phones dont work.... I want to know who owns this location and the other one on slide road ....both locations ....it crazy when u order ur food ...u expect to get what u PAY FOR ...!!! Plain and simple
