Horrible waited twice for 15 minutes at the dam speaker said hello then honked and nothing went at 1pm then again at 1:30 they need more workers

From the time we pulled up through the drive-thru the person that answered the intercom was very polite took our order again was very polite at the window and also told us to enjoy our meal and it was a pleasure for her to service if he was good can't complain fries were hot or the burgers were juicy best Burger King I've been to you in a while Would go back my family and do with your meal as well

Manager took a personal phone call while serving cymustomers at the window, rude to my wife, denied taking two different orders and saying they were in a rush when they were not. Very unprofessional and blatantly rude for no reason. Worst experience with Burger King. When i called to voice a complaint with management i asked tonspeak to the manager and as i began to explain the issues she hung up on me. Recommend avoiding this location. Corporate needs to walk through and address all issues with employees.

Tried to order and was turned away with no explanation. Just a “we’re not taking orders. It was 6:40pm and employees were clearly working inside. Strange. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
14 Nov 2025 @ 13:20. Stop by for a quick lunch for our 28th wedding anniversary. We always get the same thing, I app order, get our food. My bacon cheeseburger is hard, cold, inedible. I walked in and told them that. A very kind gentleman looked genuinely surprised and went to rectify my issue. He came back with the best bacon cheeseburger I've had. He turned what could have been a disaster into one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Thank you kind sir. I do appreciate your kindness and service you provided.
We wanted to dine in, and we entered to find no patrons inside and no one behind the counter. We yoo-hooed multiple times to no avail. We probably could have robbed the place easily. This was during prime dinner hours. Terrible, BK!! We ended up at McDonald’s!

I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at your [4th Street] location TODAY!!!
I went in to order a single iced tea, but I was immediately told there would be a 15-minute wait. That seemed excessive for such a simple item, and when I asked about it, the woman at the counter was noticeably rude and dismissive.
I understand things can get busy, but I was surprised by both the delay and the tone of the service. Lady requires a Customer Service lesson followed by an Advanced Customer Service Course! UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL NEVER RETUEN AND I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

Extremely rude! Made an online order and they were out of half the things I ordered and you would think by the ladies attitude that it was MY fault. Extremely bad attitude and I said thank you several times with absolutely no response at all. It's not MY fault you hate your job, but I work customer service too and you can definitely fake it. Horrible.

I know how it can be stressful but fact of the matter is that mine and my wife’s burgers had hairs in our food is disgusting! Manger was rude when contact and patty won’t even cooked properly had a rubber texture when i bit it.

Don’t order from the app go to pick up order & don’t have what u order so end up leaving with unwanted food
We got the Wednesday whopper special! $22 for 4 meals. Great value!
