My Whopper had cheese on only half the burger, only mayo, and my tea had no ice. I waited a long time at the window, also. For $10+ for a burger and drink at a fast food place, I'd expect more.

I only have a 30 minute lunch. Went threw drive thru. I ordered a original chicken sandwich. With Chelsea and pickles. They made sure to charge , for the cheese. . They sure didn't put it ,on my sandwich..I called also ,but no one answered. I pretty sure,They could do better,if they cared.or took the time to read.

When I entered the restaurant the person already at the counter was complaining of receiving the wrong order. While I was ordering my own food, someone from the drive through came in to complain about the same thing.nlow and behold, once we got our food, after a twenty minute wait, half of it was wrong as well. The one positive thing I can say was that it was clean.
The place was just absolutely disgusting inside it smelled horrible.i went through the drive thru window got my order but didn’t get my drink i waiting almost 10 minutes for her to come through the window to get my drink. Went inside to get it and waiting even more for a cup. Just insane and felt so disgusted by

Silvia was so awesome. She greeted me with a smile and took my order gladly asked how I was doing as well..I told her my car had broke down right outside in the parking lot. She checked on me outside in my car. She went way above and beyond..She offered me to come inside as well..This was at the store on 5112 Slide Road in Lubbock Texas..Please let Silvia know I appreciate her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. We need more people in the world like her in the world..

I've gone there twice recently and sat at the drive through for 10 minutes at the order kiosk, and they tell me please wait, but will never get back to me and never take my order. The person who ordered in front of me is still waiting at the window when I finally drove off both times. I assume they don't want to take my order. Because that starts their timer clock that they get penalized if they're behind. Extremely slow service.
