Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru. Never answered. This is the worst burger King in Lubbock and probably worst I have ever visited. Happens everytime I go

Went thru the drive thru. Wasn't busy at all, ordered two kids meals and some sides. Both kids meals were messed up by the time I got home I realized they were all wrong. I should've checked the bag in line, but still. It wasnt just one item wrong it was all of it. Line took way too long considering there was one car in front of me and dine in wasn't busy

This location is not the best one in Lubbock. In my experience they have had problems with either not getting my order right or the food is cold. The service time is slow and the staff are not that customer friendly or sometimes not professional. The floors are usually not swept and tables not wiped down good. Restrooms are a little dirty. Standard parking for a Burger King. I don’t recommend this location.

Employees plus manager cussing and yelling at me at the drive thru. All because I didn’t hear them. Their microphone wasn’t turned up so they proceeded to yell and cuss. Told me to go to the window and refused my service. Would not be going to this restaurant again.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and got 2 little chicken sandwiches and the wrapper says original chicken sandwiche, but the picture online and at the location menu shows the actual one,

This place is the worst of them all. All of them on their phones, no manager in sight. They had 7 cars waiting more than 30 mins for their food. It took almost 1 hour just to get 8pc chicken fries and lg fries. With burgers waiting to be put in bags. Very very poor customer service

Foods good, I notice a different manager there he's nice kind and very professional when it comes to customer service. Dinning areas were cleaned, and I got my food fresh with in 6mins of ordering food. And he made sure I got my receipt in case something was not right. I would take my friends, and family to eat here again. Thanks Leo for you services

Had to repeat my order twice at the intercom, they somehow lost it so I had to repeat it again at the window, still missed some of the things I asked for, and the food was cold. don’t come here

Was in drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on someone to answer. It was 7pm and I was really frustrated for waiting only for them to give me attitude when I said “hello” like dude have better customer service. No wonder all of them suck

This location is so slow! I called them 3x to confirm an order. They didn't answer. Once I got to the store I called the number again, and it was ringing. I asked them why they didn't answer the phone? They replied the phone doesn't work. The order didn't start until I arrived. And wasn't finished until 15mins went by. Then they got the order wrong. I will never return to this location!

You’re better off driving to the south side. They have you order, pay, then pull around front to wait a minimum of a 30min for food that comes out warmish and wrong every time. Haven’t had some of the items I wanted the past few times I attempted to come here.
