I have never been to a worse Burger King. I waited 15 minutes at the speaker before they took my order. And then waited another 30 minutes to receive my food. 6 croissants, and 1 croissant meal. They forgot 1 of them and no hash browns. She said she didn’t charge me but looking at my ticket I paid for THE MEAL. Asked for jelly and she gave me TWO. For 7 croissants, TWO. She didn’t even have the headset on and I saw several cars behind me drive off from waiting. If you are busy I get it; but there were 2 cars ahead of me. A simple “give me one second and I’ll take your order” goes a LONG way. I’m actually scared to even eat my food bc of how bad it was no telling how the food is. Sucks bc it’s in one of the busiest locations. But NEVER AGAIN.

Wow 2.9 for this Burger King is way to high for this location. My review is actually based on the night crew not the whole crew but especially the manager or they say he’s the manager he surely did not act like one at ALL. I was needing to talk to him. Another employee told him I had a question. He literally just walks away goes to the back then he comes back and they told him again that I had a question he just looks at me. So basically he cannot help me with my situation with a purchase that I made and paid for. What kind of manager is he?! Good thing there’s plenty of other fast food restaurant out there.

WARNING! THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING IN LUBBOCK! MIKE, THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GO TO SCHOOL TO TAKE LESSONS ON HOW TO BECOME A GOOD MANAGER WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE GETS BOTHERED BECAUSE HE HAS TO TEND TO CUSTOMERS, BUT HE SURE DOES LOVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE HIS CIGARETTES! WE EVEN HAD OTHER PEOPLE TELL US HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE HERE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!

11/09/25………. Horrible mgmt!!!!!! I witnessed 2 people walk out while trying to order. The manager was a disgrace to the Burger King name. He was absolutely trash. I will NEVER RETURN!!!!!

Friendly staff who worked quickly to get food out. My husband drove all the way from Q to this location because of the service and they put out fresh food unlike other locations where we always get stale buns. Thank you to the staff on Tuesday night. They rocked it!

Great fries
I came twice in the past month. Albert from the drive thru window is wonderful. His customer service is amazing....both times greeted with a smile and very professional. I had stopped coming to this burger king because the service was terrible. Thank you Albert!!

Restaurantji Recommends
I would give zero stars if I could, but 1 will suffice. Went through drive through, and ordered 2 burgers with sweet teas. Mind you dine in was dead, and only one vehicle in front, so not busy at all. We got our meals and drove off. The teas tasted bad, like it was old. We ate our fries and checked on the burgers and guess what, only one burger inside and it wasn’t even what either of us ordered. How bad at your job do you have to be to mess up one order so much when it is dead. Poor location go to any of the other BK’s around, this one ain’t worth it.
Great guy by the name of Curtis took my order. We were having some issues with the app. He didn’t complain not one time. No faces or gestures. Tbh i had stopped going to that one and a few others because of rude customer service. I wish I had the patience he had. I apologized for making things kind of complicated with the app. I finally got it to work and ordered through my phone. We proceeded to just go ahead and dine in. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you Curtis for this pleasant experience. We will be returning to that one like we used to go eat there. Definitely deserves a higher pay grade. I worked restaurants before. Thank you man. Sincerely my son and I. I told him I would leave a review the other day.

Told the lady several times I didn’t want something on my wrap and she told me it didn’t come with it on there then got my food and it was on there so bad service and the food doesn’t taste the greatest and they take forever to get your food cooked

I’m gonna say it right now I didn’t like the phrase over here for a longest time. I came over here to eat today expecting the same but these fries knocked it out of the ball pork. I think they oughta keep the guy that was here for four months still here give him a raise.
