Always a good choice for a burger, patties are good buns are very nice, fries are also good when hot. Inside is small and they are not particularly fast so sometimes can get pretty bust but that's the trade you make for a good burger vs a fast burger.

Walked in and ordered hotdogs for the kids and the cashier looked like she was lost and confused when I placed my order. There was no one in the entire restaurant but her too. She said we have hot dogs but “she” took them off the menu. That was it. No other response. This place used to be good but I’ll never go back.

I'm no burger fanatic- it takes a pretty phenomenal burger to prompt me to go to the trouble of rating a burger joint, but this place definitely deserves it!!! Their burgers are fantastic!!!!

Friendly staff. My burger and onion rings were perfect. During lunch on a weekday got in and outta there quick. Oh yeah the A.C works great and the place was so clean.
Food quality had declined a lot in the last few months. Burger buns now appear to come straight from any grocery store, and you can see where they were ripped off one another. While the burger is still good, I am now unsure of Vegan burger as bun as I can't confirm it doesn't just come from Walmart. I would reconsider getting food here until management gets it together.

We just found this place and decided to check it out. Immediately we were greeted by everyone, even in the back, giving it a real home feeling. Jacqueline was very helpful and made the experience very pleasant and fun! They treat you like family from the very first time. The burgers are amazing and the prices can’t be beat! Gotta try the custard. We will definitely be back!

Such a nice place to get a great burger and some wonderful service Jacqueline was amazing and very high energy making us feel right at home. Give the whole team that worked tonight a raise. Everyone even the cooks were so very friendly! Best custard and burgers in Lubbock. Way better than any other little burger chain!

Not like it use to be. Food was ok I guess the cooks were eating in the back while making our food. The place was not as clean as it use to be. I know it's a job but at least act like you want to be there for your customers. It's just really run down now. This will be our last time ever eating there.
