Was not impressed! I saw this place on one of the ‘best breakfast tacos’ site in Lubbock but honestly we were all disappointed. The flour tortillas were not homemade. The hot sauce was the consistency of tomato sauce with spices added. The bacon was cut in chunks.
Wow, we actually sat down to enjoy our lunch. We ordered the bistek with chile verde burrito, which was dynamite! Oh my goodness, I think it was delicious. We also ordered the enchilada plate, which came with rice, beans, and a side salad. Truthfully, I think it was ok. I personally didn't like their so-called enchilada sauce. It was orange and tasted like boiled tomatoes with blended red peppers. As a hispanic, I'm used to pequeno peppers and spicy chili peppers?
