First time at Caprock Cafe, DELICIOUS! I had a burger and it was absolutely delicious, really good in size… ate half and the half to go. Beer was soo cold perfect for this warm weather!
Kid-friendliness: My husband and I took our toddler with us, servers where nice and friendly, didn’t get any mean looks.

It's a awesome place to go for great for and cold beer TV's all over the place so can watch your favorite sports or teams very friendly service you can sit inside the place or semi in or out door place another words they open the big windows you are sitting inside and outside

Started decent with chips salsa and queso but then we got our food. Chicken fried chicken tasted like it was a frozen patty and the chicken strips were really hard and not a small bit of tenderness. We had our forks and knives wrapped up in a napkin and opened it up and it had, what it appeared to be blood on the fork!! Won’t be returning!!!

We had the appetizer with chips and queso. It was fine. My husband had one of the burger, not realizing that 2/3 meant 2 patties. I had the grilled chicken salad. The chicken seemed half cooked and did not taste right...it definitely did not appear grilled at all. I ate just a little of it...could not handle it. (We got a takeout box...I thought I could take it home to my dog). We left a tip, and we went to the front to pay. Our bill was 42.19. I could have looked for the exact change, but the lighting is dim. I gave her a 50.00. She gave me back 7.00. She did not give me back my change. When I asked for it, she said they don't usually give change, but she finally did give it to me. (If that truly is your policy to not give back change, that is a terrible policy....like theft...If someone says they don't want their change, that would be different. ) When we left, we went to the mall to try to do some shopping before traveling home. I got really sick and had to run to the bathroom multiple times. I do not think the chicken was cooked, and I promise it was not grilled. Since it made me sick and went right through me, I am not going to give to my dog.

We went here after hearing some great reviews. My burger was good, but nothing to be excited over. My wife did not like her burger at all. She felt it tasted like a frozen patty and only ate about 1/4 of it before she quit. The server was awesome and the atmosphere was very chill. Maybe if we are there again and decide to go there to eat we will try something else. But first opinion was that it wasn't great.
