My first time there and it was actually pretty good. The chips and salsa were good and the spinach stuff chicken and it was delicious. Naomi our waiter was also fabulous! Will be back

The workers looked tired like they had been over worked. The food was terrible. Our beans and rice were cold, the tortilla was hard, the food has no flavor. This was our first time here in a couple of years and I do not think we will be back. It was terrible. Our waiter was nice but you could tell he was stressed.

I order from door dash and got 3 quesadillas plates and only received one and spent $60 between the food and delivery service just for me to call them and the phone doesn’t even ring like it’s offline. I will never order here again.

short staffed ,felt dirty. Food wasn't that good. Literally no one at our table wanted to eat. Usually we rate accordingly to how good the food is but man presentation is important. As well as cleanliness that says alot as to how that kitchen may look too.Staff was nice but just looked overworked like they've been working double shifts. The floors and table were sticky . The food was a little cold. I'm sure it's a good restaurant if the staff gets some help and they cleanup the place. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THO!

We’ve been to this particular Casa Ole a few times earlier this year and had good/ below average experiences but today was awful. You can tell it’s short staff, food comes out slow, waitresses don’t really care about customer service, nobody is consistently at the front to host customers when they arrive, tables stay dirty. Overall the building and upkeep is awful. I LOVE Casa Ole and I’m so sad that this is the best Lubbock has to offer it. Management needs to reconsider their careers for sure— it all starts there.

Went here a couple of days ago and it was the worst it has ever been. We got there at about 7:00 and the place was barely a quarter full but we still had to wait 20 minutes to sit. After we finally got seated we waited for another 15 minutes before someone finally asked us for drinks and got us chips. Once of the chips were empty we waited for another 10 minutes and still no one asked what we wanted to eat until someone from the front got our order. Finally got our food at 8:45 and the taco was literally dripping and sitting in a puddle of grease. The ONLY positive is that they gave us our food for free but in the future I'd rather pay and go somewhere else. I do not recommend, it isn't the place it used to be.

Naomi/Noemi was awesome! Great service and makes a killer green salsa! Thank you for being a friendly and attentive server. I have to be honest though, i was expecting Mexican food. She was able to accommodate me and switch out the chili sauce for encías sauce. Rest of the meal was OK.
We decided to eat somewhere we haven’t eaten in years. I was feeling kinda blah today and the minute we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. One sweet girl even went out of her way to tell me how cute I looked

My Hausas and went today at lunch and Hames waited on us! This was my first visit to the restaurant, the service and food were excellent. I had the enchiladas one beef with queso and chicken with sour cream cilantro sauce. Chips are excellent thin hot and crispy!

We ate there last night. They weren’t busy and such a nice waitress. The food was absolutely horrible! I had the tamale plate and the meat on the tamales was unrecognizable and hard. Not burned but seemed it had been under a warmer for days!! It’s not far from my house but I feel I wasted the gas! Last time I spend money with Casa Ole! As always, the green sauce was awesome!

Not only is the food amazing but I forgot my purse in the bathroom. A staff member found me on Facebook and notified me. I had quite a bit of cash in my purse and every single penny was there. Thank you for the awesome food but even better integrity and service. I’ll be a forever customer!!!!
