So now it's "Rodeo4," also without a care for anyone's life, let's be real there's shootings constantly. HEAVEN FOR BID YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH IT!! Trust me they will never give a damn about your life or livelihood out there. When you ask for protection, heaven for bid you are genuinely scared. So no. NO, NO, NO! Unless you want to hide like I did and get "heckled," just for having help. 1/12 and that's being nice.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the WORST bar I have ever been to. Ever since it turned to Rodeo 4 I feel that it has gone down hill far and fast. We showed up around 10:30 and me and one of my friends order 1 Malibu and coke drink each. This was for one of my friends bachelorette party, we started drinking at around 10pm. We got an Uber to take us to the bar, mind you this was our first stop. We went back up to the bar again about 30 min latter to order another drink and they had cut off the bride of the party. We asked why they did this and they said the manager had cut her off. We asked if we could speak to the manager, and they said we have to find him to talk to him. We spent an hour looking for the manager and he was no where in sight. The lack of security is ridiculous! I then went to get a drink and they had cut off my tab because the bride was on my tab! I closed my tab and it was for a total of $3.50! So for the new management you suck and you should try to do better! You also ruined a very special night for the bride because you cut her off! If you are going to cut someone off then you should come explain why.... Absolutely terrible I recommend anywhere else! I am happy to say me and the bridal party will NOT be back! I also want to add that our Uber on the way home said he has heard nothing but sorry things come from this place since it has turned Rodeo 4! Charlie B please come back!

Worst service. Rude bartenders with no knowledge of drink recipes, when you ask for something besides a water they look like a deer in headlights. Went to every bartender and not one knew what a 7&7 is, i even asked for a shot of southern comfort and they were confused. Even thought it was right behind them. Manager is just as ignorant and rude. Get better employees. Terrible service. And the “dj” played the same 3 songs all night.Word to the wise: spend your Saturday night elsewhere.

First time to Rodeo 4. My friend came into town and wanted a place to dance. First off, they definitely lack security. Their bartender with an Australian accent didn't know how to make a cucumber or a paleta shot, didn't even bother to ask how to make it or anything. The girl who goes around with shooters didn't come and kept skipping our table, which was clearly obvious. Didn't know it was a children's bar, 18+. I do have to admit they have a great dance floor and good music. Also, The table next to us was dealing coke, very noticeable. I would rather spend my money else where. Terrible service.

So Thursday the 18th, my wife and I thought we would go see the new Rodeo 4. We arrived at 10 minutes after 7pm, when they were suppose to open. There were about 6 people standing in line inside waiting to get in. I asked what was going on and why we were standing in line. They said they were told by staff to wait a few minutes until they were ready to open. After standing in line another 10 minutes I finally asked when we could go in and sit down. Again they said it would be just a few more minutes before they were ready to open. We waited a few more minutes and finally decided if they could not prepare to open on time, it was probably not worth waiting for. To leave the customers standing in line because they were unprepared is unprofessional and shows what the new management cares about their customers. Not once did anyone come to the front to say anything to us. We had to track them down. We left and went to Chances R, where we did not have to stand in line and were treated professionally by the staff. This club has a long way to go to learn how to treat customers. They just flat do not care. I am sure it will reflect on the business and don't look for this club to make it in the long run.

Went here on Saturday night and the DJ was asked to leave during a Selena song. We were chatting with the officer there and asked why they made him leave, they said that they are trying to rebrand to "country exclusive music" and that the DJ was playing too much Tejano music so the owner/manager asked them to tell him to leave after one too many. They proceeded to play some country along with some pop and even played Gangnam Style... Seems the owner just didn't want Tejano music played, even though the floor was packed during those songs! Along with this there were maybe 4 or 5 people escorted out for being too drunk or disorderly. The bartenders were all super pleasant but overall not somewhere I'll be going back to.
Worst bar I've ever been in lubbock. You will not feel safe there. If you can, don't go.

Wednesday night tejano, I thought was a real treat since our tejano bars have pretty much closed up because of the Covid 29 situation . Charley B's Tejano night was such a let down since they didn't really play any tejano. I think it's almost false advertising when you get people to go in you bar under false pretense. The played a lot of Mexican, and tropical music, not what tejano fans like to hear or dance to.

The DJ here is terrible. First of all, this is supposed to be a place to listen to country but he only plays it 25% of the time at best. Also he plays the same songs every single week. I am no mathematician, but I bet it would be more cost effective to fire this guy just use a Spotify playlist then to pay him to do nothing but pressure drunk freshman girls to enter into their wet T-shirt contest. Either way we would get the same music week after week.

Bar understaffed and bartenders rude. Don't expect to get a drink quickly or even asked if you want to buy another drink. They look the other way. Expect to be asked to pay for water. Yep. I wouldn't spend any more time here.
