I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks, and I have to say, their Chicken Philly is absolutely amazing! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the fresh veggies and melted cheese made every bite delicious. I also tried their French Fries, and they were crispy and golden, just the way I love them. The combo was a perfect meal, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly too. Highly recommend Charleys for anyone craving a tasty and satisfying meal! I’ll definitely be back!

While taking my order, manager walked away from the POS leaving me standing there waiting three times. Targeted ticket time for any "fast food" restaurant is 12 minutes, this one was 32. Food was fresh frozen at best, three guys standing at the prep station, one young lady doing all the prep. Incredibly disorganized and rude. Spent the rest of the day with an upset stomach and INCREDIBLE gas.

Update 12/2/24: with your response it goes to show that what I explained about you being aggressive is true. Your response is aggressive and you're attacking a reviewer based off my experience. The only one judging here was you because I do have fast food restaurant experience of 4 years of being in charge of FOH for Chick-fil-A in Tomball,TX. And cfa would never respond to a guest like you have. And regardless if I only spent $10 at your restaurant I had other options but chose Charley's. don't bash someone for only spending a few bucks because I could have chosen any other place .

I usually have a pleasant visit when I visit Charley's in my area (Houston). However, this was my first time at this location due to visiting and the older gentleman that seemed to be running the place was a little passive aggressive. The young man didn't seem to know what he was doing. And the lady making the sandwiches was in lala land. There were a few orders ahead of me and at least 2 of their items were incorrect. I only ordered ultimate fries and regular plain fries. The ultimate fries barely had any topping on them.

The man’s name started with an H, was disrespectful he charged me for 3 drinks and only gave me one, had to talk to him about it then, we got the wrong lemonade and made me pay an extra dollar to get another one and the food wasn’t good, really greasy. Will not be returning to this location ever again, if I could rate 0 I would.

Perfect dinner spot, delicious and tasty!

Don't know what position he is in, but the person in charge at the time was incredibly rude. Not only to me, but to a few people in front of me. I accidentally thought they had called my number. I went up to ask for it, but realized I was wrong. I apologized to the guy handing out the food (mind you, I wasn't rude about it to begin with), but I still apologized. Once my number was called, the manager came to me and yelled out my order. I reached out to grab it, but he pulled it back and proceeded to yell out my number again as if I wasn't there. Then, he pointed to me and the screen and told me my number again.

Food tasted good, my complaint is that I was missing my fries in one of my orders there was no Ice in my drink I ordered and both phillys were wrong by having ingredients on them that wasn’t supposed to be on there. When I tried calling phone lines were not working!

We ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich with fries, the food was super good and for a great low price. After ordering our two meals, it only took a few minutes before we got our food. If you are looking for a great cheap meal, I recommend trying this place.

Had to wait or 10 minutes to order. The 2 young ladies were so disrespectful. One of them was Cussing. The young lady would not let the cooks run their station right. She way just getting in the way being bossy. So much free food came out that day it was ridiculous. All because of all the mess ups.
