i came to this location after going to another one and being told they didn’t have macaroni, my 4 year old wanted macaroni so i made the drive all the way from 82 and university to the tech chick-fil-a and when i went to pay i needed to use two separate cards and they told me i couldn’t do that which makes no sense because i’ve made partial payments before but anyway they tell me they can’t do it so im just sitting there like ?? okay i have 4 dollars on one card and literally just need to pay the 49 cents on another she says they can not do that so i have to just leave so i leave without the macaroni my daughter wanted and now we are both upset and have to drive all the way back home with a crying toddler. its just ridiculous even mcdonald’s takes two separate cards for payment.

The biggest problem is the place gets crowded majorly. If you suffer anxiety this place can be bad. Fortunately there aren't many times where it gets crowded.

Kind male cashier but the female server was very unpleasant. I came back after noticing my order was messed up as I didn't get any fries. This lady gave me a rude look when I asked for my fries and she barely apologized. Terrible customer service. I decided to avoid this branch because I see other reviews saying the same thing.

Waited 15 minutes for my curb side pick up order. I told myself to check it before I left but I NEVER have a problem with any of the other chick fil a. Got home to realize my ENTIRE order was wrong. No sauces, no Splenda. My sandwich was suppose to have no bun, add cheese and lettuce. My sandwich had the bun, no cheese and no lettuce. And the only thing the manger could do was give me a “reward” for when I order next time. Unbelievable.

Order through drive up was wrong, went inside to get the right food and that’s when I noticed that the drinks and food that had been returned by other guests had promptly sent to customers in drive through window.Food was set on the floor before being cooked and or served, I asked for a refund and it was refused..This was the worst service I have ever received by this company and I will not go back again. I have photos of this experience and plan on posting them after they are seen by Texas Health & Safety gets to see them first.Highly recommend that continued customers ensure the food they purchase is fresh and correct in front of their own eyes for the safety of themselves and / or families.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this CFA. I had to order a lot of food at short notice, and they went above and beyond. The meal was for a family that lost a family member very suddenly. The staff gave them dessert and provided a very sweet note. People, like these guys, restore my faith in humanity. Thank you for your kind, giving hearts.
