My fries were overcooked and hard. I always have to order a 12 piece to get enough of nuggets because when I order the 8 piece I never get the amount I pay for. I love Chick Fil A but am fed up with the quality I get.

I only use the drive thru which usually has two long lines. Great thing is the wait is not that long since they come to your car and take orders. Employees are friendly and the service is well organized to get the job done. This Chick-fil-A is the only one I visit due to location.

The food is good and fresh! My chicken strips were cooked perfectly and moist. Their fries are absolutely the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a top notch place. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Texas!

This Chick fil a missed a couple of items from my online order being picked up at drive through.
I called and told me they will put the items as reward in my app. Told them that item wasn’t for me and the person who wanted it was not going to be with me because I was visiting Lubbock and leaving the next day, and I didn’t like that item for me.
So that was the only option they gave, they don’t give refunds on the card you paid from.
This Chick Fil a is getting similar to McDonald’s that never get the orders correct!

Shoutout to the amazing team at Chick-fil-A and Pierce ! 🙌
Today, my little one accidentally threw his favorite stuffie, you know, the can’t-sleep-without-it kind, right on top of the slide in the play area. My heart sank because I thought for sure it was a goner.
But when I went to tell the staff what happened, they didn’t even hesitate. No eye rolls, no “we’ll see what we can do” — they just jumped right into action with total kindness and compassion. Within minutes, that precious stuffie was rescued, and my son was grinning ear to ear.
It might seem like a small thing, but moments like that show what real customer care looks like. Thank you, Chick-fil-A team, for turning what could’ve been a meltdown into a memory we’ll laugh about instead. ❤️🐮

Incredibly frustrated. The last three times we’ve gotten pick-up they’ve forgotten items, this time a whole kids meal. We love the food but it’s wildly frustrating to have to explain to my kids why they have to split their meals

I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this visit was super disappointing. We ordered a kids meal for my toddler, and when we got home, it was completely missing from our bag. We had to drive all the way back and wait a long time just to get it replaced — and then they actually tried to charge us again for the meal they forgot! 😩 The staff eventually fixed it, but the whole thing was such a hassle, especially with a hungry toddler. Definitely not the usual Chick-fil-A experience I’m used to. Hoping they pay a little more attention next time.

Worst chic fil a in Lubbock. Every time I’ve gone they have forgotten entire meals. I live an hour away and unfortunately notice once I’m already home and they refuse to refund me.

Outstanding and unmatched customer service. CFA is one of the few businesses that understands that the customer experience is as important as the products they sell.
Today I tried their chicken tortilla soup. Yum!
