Literally THEY make a mistake and charge a person double -APPOX 100 dollars-for the order an the refund won't come back thru for 3 to 5 days an the management is non apologetic .. just sorry customer service

The waffle fries were way too salty. I couldn't eat them . I usually love them but like I said they had waaaaaay too much salt
If you use the app it seems like you are put to the back. Waited 22 minutes for a spicy chicken meal and nuggets kids meal.

I ordered on the app so there is no confusion. The drive thru line went as expected to tell the employee I have a mobile order, but it was very very slow moving. Finally got to the window and they hand me a receipt (don't need it if ordering in app) and waited longer like they were about to give me the order. Then, they had me pull around to wait in parking spaces for my order in #1-#4. But, all spaces were full with other people waiting so I parked as near as possible. Employee takes my order to all 4 parking spots and starts to go back in store, but sees me and heads my way. Finally! Then, of course, my order is completely wrong and I have to go inside. Then, I stand at a empty counter with no other customers waiting inside at all. I try to get employees attention and she says, not now. Finally a guy sees what I want. I tell him my order is wrong, handing him one sandwich. He reads the label and I say, yes, that's right, but that's not what the sandwich is. He proceeds to play with the sandwich and then hands it back to the cooks and tells them to add the missing ingredients. Very slow, unconcerned service and very unprofessional.
