We are from New Mexico and have to travel to Lubbock for grand daughters dr appt. We last were there in February. We went yesterday 6/12/2025 and when we got to chick fil a We walked up to order the sweet girl Elizabeth greeted us and also said I know who yall are yall are from out of town right? We told her yes and I said New Mexico. She said yes I remember yall from a few months ago. Our good was fresh and hot and very good. And the lemonade was outstanding. Thank You Elizabeth for remembering us.

DISAPPOINTING. I just went for lunch and for 12 count nugget meal. My fries were warm and fresh. The Nuggets, no. I got the box and immediately knew . The box was soft and soggy. The nuggets inside were not even lukewarm. Some were even cool. So the chicken was not fresh. I could tell they had been sitting out for a long while. It’s disappointing because food isn’t cheap and who has time to go back during a busy work day? Then I got a half sweet/unsweet tea. The tea had an unpleasant taste. I could only take a few drinks. Who wants a cold lunch? Hopefully it doesn’t happen more .

The service is always on point. Natalia the cashier was very helpful and friendly, she even recommended the seasonal shake (banana pudding) AND it was delicious ?. Will definitely come back and recommend this chick-fil-a .

I bought a small nugget tray this morning. It seemed as if they took leftover nuggets and just browned them more. They were not good and people did not even eat them. Very disappointing.
