Frequented this location for the last year or so. Usually get breakfast once or twice a week. Will stop going now. Service was terrible. Charges their customers for things that customers aren’t getting.

Went here with my friend who had ordered on the app. They didn’t close for another 15 minutes so we ordered a soup and 2 ice creams but when we got to the window, we were informed that they were cleaning out their ice cream machine so therefore we weren’t able to get the ice creams that we ordered, but I don’t understand why we didn’t have it unavailable on the app so that people didn’t order it. And as of now I was still charged for them.

Love this chick fil a don't usually have problems but when I do they fix it but sadly the one day I'm in a rush and can't turn back to fix my order my 12 count was forgotten my fault for forgetting to check.

I usually don’t have an issue with Chick-Fil-A, but I went yesterday and ordered a side salad and macaroni and left with a completely different order of an 8 count nuggets with fries. I should’ve checked the bag, but I was already running behind for work. Completely disappointed when I arrived to work with the wrong lunch!

I made an order at 10:06am the amount was withdrawn from my account pending and we never received it I called to ask and Asia told me they never received the order and it was a glitch on their side and the money will come back in a couple days. Only problem with that which I explained is that was my only spending amount left and it was clear this was not her problem as she didn't provide any solution but to wait and I explained I have 3 kids and we just ran out of drinking water and we needed that money or food and gallon tea. Her staying she new what i was going through sounded sweet but never having to tell your kids nothing was coming she never had to do. I asked was a general manager there she started Morgan want and she was the only one there in charge. I ask if there was anything they can do an she told me to wait on hold just to be hung up on.
