I normally don’t post reviews but I needed to this time. I was shopping at the west end area and noticed a young male and young female working the drive through. I finished shopping hours later and decided to get something from Starbucks before heading out and noticed the same two employees were still working the drive through at chick fa la. It was at least 30 degrees. I decided to give them coffee to stay warm. To my surprise the young lady was pregnant and had been out there in the cold that entire time. Neither one of them complained and still had a smile on their face. Please do better in treating your employees well!

They took over 20 minutes to get me my food. They told me to wait up front, and there was a truck next to me that was also waiting, we then had to go to the drive thru once again. Never going there again.

I would like to make this review to brag on an employee of yours! 😄 Ryan, at this location, is by far the sweetest young gentleman I have ever met! I am a regular at this location, and somehow I always end up having him help me. He always shows outstanding service, and asks me how I am doing always! He often has a small conversation with me, and never forgets to say goodbye to me🙂👋 I enjoy seeing him every Wednesday!
Every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, is always a great experience; fast, super friendly, and great tasting. It is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. AND, they have gluten free buns available.

Went through the drive through 15 minutes prior to closing got food then parked to run in and try to get refill bu t 11 minutes prior to closing the inside was already closed. So we went back through the drive through where we had to purchase another large drink because inside was closed early and you won't give refills. Lol the nuggets were crap idk what exactly they were and sandwich had definitely been sitting at room temperature. Cheese unmelated. Between this location and slide road it's a close race on crappy customer service and worst quality of food. Never ask if I want to scan the app. I won't return to this location! This makes 5 times too many!

I will never go back to this place again. My order has been wrong the last four times I've gone, and I have called 10 times today, but I've received no answer. I have tried to be nice and work with them, but every time I go, it's always wrong.
