We ordered and they said it would be a 10 minute wait which we didn't mind cause the food would be fresh pulled up the window and handed us our food luckily we checked it before driving off cause the food was all wrong. The ticket on the box wasn't even for our order we tried to the girl at the window that we were missing items and she just casually took her time brings us the missing items and we're still missing items. So I had to honk the horn for her to come back and let her know what we were missing again and she said ok and went and stood on the other side of the counter for about 4 minutes while we are waiting for 1 item then decides to bring us what we are missing mind you the line at dinner time is all the way to the road.

I ate here three years ago and it wasn’t good but decided today to try it again. The chicken was cold and tough, the slaw was awful, and the young woman was very rude. I will not ever be back!

This location really needs to get it together. The employees are too busy playing around with their coworkers and friends that come in to take care of orders in a proper time frame. I watched as a dasher walked in and asked for an order and was not helped. Then one of the workers friends came in and was immediately helped. They even put together multiple BRAND NEW orders in front of him. I assume he got fed up because he left. I just can't believe customer service at this place has gone down so bad. Yall need to do better. Get better management and get better employees. And the sassy girl with the bad attitude up front needs to be gone before she mouths off to the wrong person.

Ordered a #1 with okra, an extra large drink, and a side of mini poppers - did not receive the okra, but I was already across town. Called the location, someone picked up the phone but just left it hanging for awhile, not speaking to me. When they did finally ask me what I needed, I started to explain and then they interrupted me like three words in to walk off and do something else, not putting me on hold or anything, just went off to speak to someone else.
I gave up on them and tried to use the contact form on the website to submit my receipt and explain the issue - but the website contact form is broken.................

I don't know what is happening at Chicken Express but between the server staff, whoever they have answering the phones, and their corporate website, it seems like a gamble to get any help.

The food is great - just wish I got all of it that I paid for and that anyone at the company was willing to address issues.

I ordered 18 piece gizzard, which I have ordered several times no complaints. This time they were hard, I can always tell when they have been cooked earlier. This wasn't a cheap order.

Ordered 2 number 1s the got it wrong then when we corrected it at the window the manager at the window was super rude. They put a #4 instead with no drink. When we told him instead of correcting it and just apologizing he tried correcting us telling us we didn’t order a drink because that combo doesn’t come with one. I let him know she got 2 #1 with 2 sweet teas how is that our fault. He then left the window never came back and someone else gave us the drink and sad bye.
I called to complain because on top of all this they didn’t give us the extra mash potato he read out to us. Then continues to be rude to me over the phone. I requested someone higher up but he refused so I hung up.

Overall, this was an incredible experience.
One of the ladies I believe she is the manager has amazing customer service.
I didn’t catch her name but she was so genuinely kind..
The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch. I will be back!

I just went thru the drive at 82d and University. The young lady taking our order was very unfriendly - no hello, no thank you, no words. We were the only ones in line at 11:40. After 15 minutes we got our order with no drinks. I asked where our drink are. The same unfriendly girl asked what drinks. I had to explain that we ordered drinks. After another 15 minutes we managed to finally get everything. This was not at all the friendly service I usually experience at this location. Very disappointing!!
