Food was cold. We got chicken tenders, fries, Mac n cheese, biscuit , and okra. Only thing that was fresh and warm was the catfish. 🤦🏽♀️

Health inspector needs to pay a visit, cold chicken, old busicuits, my corn nuggets where cold I asked for fresh ones and they just dipped them back in the fryer. When I asked they were not happy at all. No more chicken express for me!

I can see everyone standing behind the counter goofing around instead of trying to help me pick up my online order/ get the drive thru moving. They told me to go through the drive thru even tho they are about to be closed for the night. I’ve sat here 30 minutes and the line will not move.

I already have bad experiences with this location, but this one instance irks me. I say at the intercom that I want 2 honey mustards and 2 extra rolls. When I get to the window a woman reads back my order saying 1 extra roll. Then I told her to add another roll please and she just stood there dazed. After asking her co-workers for help, they end up not charging me the extra roll, but they did charge me a dollar for the 2 sauces I DID NOT receive. My advice? Order the sauces at the window because they won't know how to charge you for them and hopefully they'll remember to give it to you too.

This restaurant has gone down hill since they opened back up. Food is still good. If you go at lunch it’s definitely express. But if you go in the evening it’s just chicken! There is absolutely nothing express about it. And it’s frustrating. Over 20 minute waits in the drive through. Just NOT express. Food is good though.

There seems to be a problem with the drive thru speaker or the person that takes the drive thru orders at this location. The past 3 orders I've placed in the drive thru were the exact same orders, but every order I've received has been completly wrong, didn't have the correct sides or something was missing from the order. At least the food is good. Just make sure they repeat your order back to you correctly, that you get charged correctly for the items you ordered & double check that you received what you actually ordered before you pull away from the window. I know from personal experience that you'll be sorry if you don't!
