The manager here was awesome. I made a mistake on my order that was 100% mu fault and she was still going to credit me back for the error. I told her if she didnt want to mess with it, she could just throw in an extra chicken strip or roll or something, and she gave added in more to our order than what I overpaid for my error. Extremely grateful. Always have good experiences here.

Went to buy food got a side of coleslaw and it was rotten tried to call and not a good working numberoh and got a 3 piece chicken gave us chicken that was not fresh probly been sitting there since earlier

Would do zero stars if I could extremely unsanitary. Manager denied all health code issues that her and her team on shift were continuously breaking when I asked for a refund she asked why. I processed to say I’m pregnant and don’t need to risk the health of my baby. when I saw them picking up trash off the floor and putting in the trash bin and then laying chicken trays in that same trash bin without washing and putting them back on line for fresh chicken to be put in that was my time to get my money back and leave. Same manager wore her apron to the bathroom and continued to work in it. people handing the broom and trash are also handling the utensils and the chicken boxes that they put a meal in. No hair nets, team was Constantly drinking things and wiping their faces while handling our food. Very disgusted and will never eat here will also tell many people about my experience because nobody deserves to eat trash or pathogens when paying for someone to take care of their food and putting good faith and trust that it’s fresh and clean.

What takes so long to serve some chicken? Like the drive thru will not move at all for 30 minutes at a time, seems like a management issue. This is almost every time I come here not just a one time thing.

The wait towards 12pm is horrendous! Im talking 30-40 minute wait for just a #1. Also, for some reason there is random stuff in the mac n cheese and doesn't look right.

Food was cold. We got chicken tenders, fries, Mac n cheese, biscuit , and okra. Only thing that was fresh and warm was the catfish. 🤦🏽♀️

Health inspector needs to pay a visit, cold chicken, old busicuits, my corn nuggets where cold I asked for fresh ones and they just dipped them back in the fryer. When I asked they were not happy at all. No more chicken express for me!
