Waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window to be served watery fruit punch asked to have it changed just to find out my okra is missing in the bag so I had to ask for that so end up waiting an extra 15 minutes just for my drinks and okra . After 15 minutes, I had to get out my car and go to the window and ask for my drinks and okra. They at that point had forgot that we were pulled forward waiting. Over all I spent almost a hour in the drive thru for a #1 , #4 and a kids meal chicken leg . . just at the end of it all to get home to cold food . . The experience was not good .

2nd time going through drive thru, 1st time got a Valentine special, did not receive desserts that went with it. 2nd time ordered 3 different items; 1 with dark meat (ok), 1 with white meat ( got mixed). Maybe they need to learn the difference. People don't go back because it takes to much time to check all items.

The Dine room is close why I don't but it suck because if you going to take-out it's really dangerous because the one by Discount tire & jiffy oil change when there a long line in the drive thru there's a very high chance of getting hit by a careless driver's so if you go there be Careful I'm sorry but I do hope they close this store the one by University & 82

I normally don't give reviews,. I dont know about any other day but today ,This location I have to. Customer service is few and far between now days. The customer service at this location was awesome. It's the little things that matter. Being acknowledged when I walked in, prompted service food was ready. I dropped my coins the lady taking my order come from behind the counter and picked up the 2 cents I dropped. Sat down to eat. Decided to go to an out side table being such a nice day. Another employee came to assist me to help with carrying my food or opening the door. And as I was finished with my meal another employee seen me walking to dispose of my tray and offered assistance to do it for me. It don't seem like much to some people. Over all. Was a great accomplishment of a customer presence to make a great welcoming experience!!! Well done!! I feel like spending my money here.
Have been to this location multiple times and the order is always wrong, cold, or both. But today was my last time ever going there. Ordered a spicy tender meal and after driving off realized they were regular strips so I turned around and went back through the drive through that I already spent 45 minutes in. Couldn’t go in because the lobby closes at 5pm… they swapped the chicken for spicy chicken, and gave me the same burnt roll, and same cold potatoes and gravy. When they took the strips out of the first box, I watched them put them back into the warmer to serve to the next person. Keep in mind this is after they have been opened and in my vehicle for about 20 minutes. So gross to think you have to worry about being given food that someone else has picked through and already left with.

This place only has its lobby open till 5 pm, after that it's strictly drive-thru! So expect a long line of cars for that diner rush! Nothing express about it after 5 pm!
