Me and my family ordered a family order and they didn’t give us the corn on the cob but charged us for it, they only gave us 5 jalapeños for a family of 6, they always miss something in your order so make sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru! still love you chicken express? but cmon work on getting the food out right!!!

I would stay away on the fish, it's to dangerous to consume the fish here especially after being in a drive Tru for 30 mins and getting cold fish totally a health hazard

ZERO STARS!!!!!! worst location ever. the person that took my order was extremely rude and didn't even ring in my order right. he repeated it back correctly but when i got my food it was wrong. tried to explain it to the manager and the person at the window and they didn't care AT ALL!

Just went to this location . We come here twice a week literally . Always use tap pay . Wait in a long line . We get to the window and they say we don’t do tap pay . So I call and tell them did they not think to tell people they don’t use tap pay . Manager said did you ask ? Like first of all we have been going there and we use it all the time . Why wouldn’t ask ! Horrible customer service .

I went through the drive thru to order 4 meals for my family. I asked for some spicy serendipity and received nothing. When I went inside to get some I asked her if I could have 4-5 packets. The old rude cashier lady handed me 2 and said “I don’t know how many meals you got so I can only give you 2” when I asked her if I could bring my receipt in to show her that I got more than one meal, she raised her voice and said “Uh no. I don’t know how many meals you got so you only get 2. go through the drive thru if you want more.” so that’s exactly what I did. After waiting in the line for 20 MINUTES FOR SOME SPICY SERENDIPITY I got to the front and the drive thru lady gave me a whole handful without even asking how many meals I had.

I spent 57 minutes in this drive thru amd that's because the front is closed after 5pm so all they have id drivethru. This place is ridiculous . Longest drive thu in my life.

My wife and I went for fish and gizzards whenever we got home half of the gizzards were in the box and it had chicken tenders mixed in with the gizzards. I called the store because we live on the other side of Lubbock and they were not willing to be customer oriented in any way form or fashion. I was told I would have to drive back across Lubbock and bring them the food in order for them to fix it, and this was after I sat in line and drive-through for 30 minutes, so as much as I love fried gizzards, I will never return to chicken express in Lubbock Texas again

Great food however the lady taking our order yelled at us because she didn’t stop talking to allow enough time for us to tell her what we would like. She kept cutting us off and was overall very disrespectful.
