Went through drive thru about 8:30pm placed my order as me and my family waited patiently for our food. Like always we double check to makes sure it was correct before driving off unfortunately it wasn’t. I went back In to get corrected I was missing spicy tenders. As they took my food the young boy expo the orders and manager put the tenders I had brought back in back on the line to serve the next guest that very unsanitary I had already took a bite off of one of the tenders. This place needs to be retrained of food safety procedures the manager and young boy very unprofessional as the young boy started mouthing off to me as the manager allowed him to talk to a guest the way he did these 2 need to fired I will be calling the city health department on this location in the morning. Don’t eat here who knows if they have put ppl messed up orders back to serve in the past!!

Food is always good and consistent. But geez getting extra sauce from them is like asking for a kidney! And the manger (for the one on 82nd didn't get his name) was so irritated that I asked for extra sauce eventhough I told them several times that I would pay for it. He told me I only get 2 sauces for an 18 count, I got 2-18 counts, so he asked for my receipt. He looked at it studying it so hard like he was trying to solve a murder, then told me he would be back because he had to check with the window since I went through the drive through. It was completely ridiculous for asking for *2* extra sauces! At the other location I have never had that problem but unfortunately this is the one on my way home. But I will say the next time I went the employees gave me no problem with me ordering extra sauces. 😊

Ordered food here on 8/31/25 was met with just about the worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. Ordered a number 2 with 7 Chicken Tenders *SPICY* Dinner with 2 mashed potatoes. Drove home and was met with an empty gravy cup... and regular tenders. Called 6 times and got no answer....

I been working there for quite some time and how Steve been treating his employees is unbearable. I would not recommend any one to work at this location. Steve should not be a manager due to having No management skills, disrespect, yelling and cussing at employees and customers. Yet alone telling the owners about it they took his side and not even concerned on how his employees feel. Let alone steve talks trash behind the owners and the other managers and the customers back. But what can u from a company that allows that to happen because the owners takes his side on everything even though he's wrong. This man should be fired for the things that been going on. Steve have touched a 16 year old girls face telling her she's beautiful. This is sad that the owner allows this to happen, yes I got fired because I called Steve out on all of this nonsense that been going on at that restaurant.

Food is great. If you need to feed 10 kids and hold up the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes. Go here. I'm going to bother anymore, personally.

First time trying chicken express and the lady taking my order was rude and not helpful. My food looked thrown around but other than that the roll was good.
