Was the only customer, they were well over staffed. Still took forever to get our order. Get home, and did not have all of our order. Will never return!

Closest chicken express to my house but personally the best ONE!!!
Tonight the manager simply was super sweet and went above and beyond without question. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but all I can say was “thank you!”

The quality of the chicken varies from visit to visit, but it rarely goes above mediocre. The fries used to be battered and crispy, now they are Walmart freezer section quality crinkle fries. The overall quality of this restaurant has greatly fallen in the last few years. Can't say I'd recommend it over other options in the area.

Caden & Katherine were amazing! We received old cherry pies and wanted to get fresh ones! Not only did they give us fresh pies, they also gave us a gallon of lemonade for the mess up! Now that is top shelf costumer service!

I went the other day and got chicken livers got home and they were so hard and burnt you couldn’t even eat them. So I drove back showed the guy and he even agreed they should not conserved that way so they gave me some fresh ones. I go back today order chicken livers, okra, mashed potatoes and an extra order of mashed potatoes and when I got home, there was no okra quality service.is terrible
I made sure to ask if my large gravy was in my family meal and they said yes got home and guess what it's not spent almost 63$ with no gravy
There prices are crazy lol 50 bucks for 20 chicken stripes

Please stay away from the kids ne on Milwaukee. Go on my lunch break to order a meal for myself. The intercom was horrible and then the lady started screaming. I could hear just a poor system that kept cutting every other word she said off. She clearly messed up on my order. A lady in the window tried ti convince me I order a whole family meal when I clearly said my order twice. The manager has no customer service. Steve should not be in a customer service position. How can you re-box a wrong order? This is not the first time from raw chicken a few months ago to know this. Stay away from this location. It gets worse by the day

Best chicken strips in Texas for sure! The only negative things are that the prices have gotten close to ridiculously expensive for a fast food place, the biscuits look like little white hockey pucks, and the rolls are very small. The biscuits and rolls used to be big, fluffy, and very tasty. Something bad happened to them.

This restaurant has such horrible lobby hours we have quit trying. We often eat out while running errands etc so we don’t want to wait an hour in their drive thru, it’s extremely inconvenient and not worth the trouble. They have lost our business.

Food is good but the service is always horrible... always takes 20-30 mins for our food even when there is no one else in line. We would be told to pull up and wait and then the cars pile up and they forget about us. This last time after waiting 20 mins for our food, a worker told that they were just now putting the livers in the fryer and it was going to take another 12 mins. This is ridiculous. We asked for the manager. The manager comes out and said that there was a big order of gizzards before us and that they had to cook more tenders and other stuff but our livers just came out of the fryer. They are telling us two different things. This is wild. Also when we pulled up to the drive thru we literally saw piles of chicken tenders through the window.So I don't understand why the service is ALWAYS SO HORRIBLE. The manager literally told us he can't drop the livers early because it will get hard and dried out. But sir we waited 20 mins already?! What do you mean... it just doesn't make sense and that manager just seemed incompetent.

The girl that was taking order was rude. Got to window the guy that took my card was eating food. The girl that was taking orders her hands where in her nose playing with her hair biting her finger nails. Then she goes to box up food. This was a waste of dinner. The only thing I would touch was the sweet tea and it wasn't even sweet.
