Don’t eat at this place after lunchtime. I waited in line behind two other cars for 15 minutes or more and our food was cold after we finally got it. Window worker took one of our drinks out of sight needless to say I poured it out. If I don’t trust it I don’t eat it or drink it.

My tea was old. My okra was burnt and cold. My chicken was extremely old and cold. My entire stomach hurts so bad. Yall made me sick. Never go here.

Ordered 4 meals and 2 kids meals. The mash potatoes on all meals were watery and yellow, the gravy was thicker than the potatoes and the chicken was old..I should have known better when I saw all the teenagers but I had already ordered..60 bucks down the drain :( this is the second time Ive had a bad experience. Thought it would have gotten better after a couple of months.. go to a different chicken express!!!

Some blonde girl with under sleeve decided to close the drive thru window on me after I asked if I can get a refill just as a question. Instead of being polite and saying,”No sir we do not,” she said no we don’t and proceeds to say we never do and shuts it right away.

Wow they’ve really started being stingy with portions. The most minuscule sizes of tenders now and the mashed potatoes were only half of the container. Plus the prices have become ridiculous. You can taste they reduced the amount of syrup in drinks. Plus it’s always fun for the service to be annoyed that you’re there. Place is going downhill fast. I remember the days of getting a possible extra tender or two because the sizes might be a little too small and they were making up for it. Not anymore

I have exhausted all efforts to inform their leadership of the wait times here. I got an email back explaining how they “provide quality service” which is why they have long wait times. This is a POOR excuse. Get it together. No one should wait 25 minute for food. Hire more staff. Provide better leadership.

SEVERAL employees & stood there for a solid 10 minutes BEFORE anyone even greeted me or said anything at the counter. That's with the manager (black shirt im assuming) stood there & looked at me several times! Play Christian music but have rude employees....highly disappointed!

Yum, Yum, Yum! The food is always so delicious. I totally recommend this place. Get the chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, and their dinner rolls are amazing.

Went through drive thru about 8:30pm placed my order as me and my family waited patiently for our food. Like always we double check to makes sure it was correct before driving off unfortunately it wasn’t. I went back In to get corrected I was missing spicy tenders. As they took my food the young boy expo the orders and manager put the tenders I had brought back in back on the line to serve the next guest that very unsanitary I had already took a bite off of one of the tenders. This place needs to be retrained of food safety procedures the manager and young boy very unprofessional as the young boy started mouthing off to me as the manager allowed him to talk to a guest the way he did these 2 need to fired I will be calling the city health department on this location in the morning. Don’t eat here who knows if they have put ppl messed up orders back to serve in the past!!

Food is always good and consistent. But geez getting extra sauce from them is like asking for a kidney! And the manger (for the one on 82nd didn't get his name) was so irritated that I asked for extra sauce eventhough I told them several times that I would pay for it. He told me I only get 2 sauces for an 18 count, I got 2-18 counts, so he asked for my receipt. He looked at it studying it so hard like he was trying to solve a murder, then told me he would be back because he had to check with the window since I went through the drive through. It was completely ridiculous for asking for *2* extra sauces! At the other location I have never had that problem but unfortunately this is the one on my way home. But I will say the next time I went the employees gave me no problem with me ordering extra sauces. 😊

Ordered food here on 8/31/25 was met with just about the worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. Ordered a number 2 with 7 Chicken Tenders *SPICY* Dinner with 2 mashed potatoes. Drove home and was met with an empty gravy cup... and regular tenders. Called 6 times and got no answer....
