You wouldn't think there could be so many options for chicken salad, but they are all amazing.

Just wanted to say that I am so grateful for yalls establishment. Right in the door even to pick up you are greeted and its a very friendly atmosphere even when its very busy inside! Food is always amazing and fresh all time! Also the app is convenient! . 5 plus stars!! Keep up the good work ! I tell everyone to go try it! You'll be hooked !

Walked in. First time coming here. . plenty of seats..and tables. Looking at the menu.. omgosh so many options. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The parking lot had plenty of parking as well. When I was done.. one of the employe offered to take my tray. Will return and I will try something different

A nice little place to meet friends (for lunch) in my case. Great chicken salad made almost any way you can imagine, good pimento cheese & salads to boot. The staff, shout out to Rhonda who is amazing, have all been friendly & accommodating each time I’ve gone there as well.

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised at the food and atmosphere. But the service was amazing. I graciously fell when I was leaving, (so embarrassing for me) Thank God I was not hurt! And the staff and customers were all so caring and helpful to get me up off the floor. Hugs and kind words helped more than anything to soothe my injured ego. I will definitely be back there and more cautious with my steps. Thank you especially to the manager and the little girl at the take out counter who stayed by my side during the whole thing.

Y’all, I just had the best, most beautiful, most uplifting experience at a restaurant that I think I have ever had. Today I went in and ordered a grilled old South chicken salad sandwich with grape salad and an unsweet tea, which is my favorite and probably the best thing on the menu. I sat there and ate it by myself. Every single one of the servers who passed by my table asked me how I was and how my food was and did it with a beautiful smile on their faces. I expect that because this is the South, but what I didn’t expect was what happened next. As I was getting up to leave a woman, who I think was the manager, looked me in the eye and said, “God bless you, baby. I hope you have a wonderful day” and through her arms around me and we shared the most beautiful hug. I didn’t even know that I needed it, but this is the kind of community that in the modern world, we need to be building. Thank you, lady manager at chicken salad chick. I have tears in my eyes because I needed that human connection today.

Ordered online and the email said it would be ready at 12:25. Got there at 12:20 and asked about the order and they let me know it wasn’t ready yet, but they’d bring it to me soon. I sat on the bench waiting until 12:40 when I finally got up and asked again. The girl grabbed my bag and said “it was ready a long time ago” and walked away… so I got a cold sandwich and cold soup because no one else wanted to check while I was sitting 2 feet away for over 20 minutes. Yum! Thanks!

I finally got to walk inside a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant!! It was AMAZING!! My husband was such a great sport & a great date! We enjoyed our lunch. The restaurant was packed & busy but the atmosphere was popping a good time! It was a bit chilly & everyone was enjoying themselves. Our service was great, fast, kind & the restaurant was clean. Our soups were so tasty!! Sandwiches were so fresh, the pickle was perfect! The price was worth it. Fancy Nancy is the best.
