Three strikes your out. Slide store in Lubbock. Third time in a row had issues with to-go.order. Last night corn-on-the-cob was still frozen. Fries were half fried, looked grey and tasted stale. Last time Santa Fe salad only had lettuce in the box, no dressing, no chicken, or other ingredients. Had to drive back for another salad. Manager gave us 2 $5 cards for our time, but they do not work online. Before that, missing items, no salsa with salsa and chips, no dressing with salad....read full review
