Can't really say what this place is like because we were NEVER attended! They have a ton of tables open but only restricted to a certain area. That certain area had a table open but needed cleaning. Tell me how a lazy as hell female server couldn't have been bothered with trying to clean the table. It just needed to be wiped and she ignored it like if it was the plague! She is the same kind of server I put a dollar in an upside down glass of water for. We left because clearly they didn't want the money or care if they lose it. Don't bother with this crappy place! That's why I stopped going to chilis 10 years ago and it seems like they never changed after all.

5 orders. Got 2 correct. Girl over phone at 3pm Feb 6th was in such a hurry she wouldn't listen. We got 2 overdone steaks and were given broccoli with a hamburger in same box as burger. No napkins, no forks and the avocado steaks were bare, No avocado. 70bucks.

8pm Sunday night 30 minute wait with crowded foyer. The left side of the restaurant was empty, and there tables were available, I guess they had no help. Third time in 6 months to walk out of this location.

My husband children and myself literally just left after waiting over 30 minutes being ignored we did get our chips and queso Blanco no refills nothing but watching the workers waiting people putting a good 3 fingers in their mouth 2 knuckles deep and was like never again this place is sad keep the money I will never be back

Was greeted promptly and seated. It was lunch hour, and I was surprised at how slow they were. We waited a while for food, and it seemed to have been sitting for a while. Cheese sticks were cold, and chicken crispers were salty and tuff to eat. Chili's need to go back to the original recipe for the crispers. Why change a good thing.

My wife and I recently visited Chili’s, and while we love this restaurant, our experience started off a bit rough. We noticed a lot of staff standing around while customers were waiting for tables, which was frustrating. Instead of waiting, we opted to sit in the bar area, but the tables were dirty. It wasn’t until we asked for a rag to clean it ourselves that someone finally came over to wipe it down.
However, once our waitress arrived, everything turned around. She was attentive, checked on us regularly, and made sure our drinks were always filled. Her great service definitely made up for the rocky start.
Overall, while the beginning was disappointing, the excellent service we received from our waitress helped turn things around. Hopefully, management can address the initial issues to make the experience smoother for all guests.
Appetizer took at least 20 minutes. Which sucks for the server who suggested them because im sure this could affect her tips. Either way food was good but thats twice for me already. My return will be slow.
I’ve never dealt with a waitress as rude and unprofessional as we had tonight. We waited for our food for over 45 minutes.

Between the waiter and customer very distance after they take your order. Now you have to pay on these tablets. Which is dumb of them anyone could walk out. Cause the waiter never comes back to the table. But great food and prepared fresh and hot
