Terrible hospitality. I've been to a few different Chili's and this was the least hospitable one yet. I will not be coming back here.

Good evening it’s November 23, 2025 me and my family came to Chili’s to eat late in the evening. And I wanna say that the manager Issac and the server Shagp!!!! They made sure that our mail and our service was outstanding Chilies thank you for always trying to hire the right people and these young men are outstanding. I just want to say thank you and the service was great and the food tasted great. Good night.

They were out of queso while wearing shirts that said chilis queso crew ! Also out of modelos and broccoli ! It took almost an hour for the food to come out ! and the presidente margarita must have been in honor of Joe Biden cause it was super small and kinda gay looking !

Macaroni was gross, my chicken was extremely small, and on top of that the server was very inattentive!! It was my son’s birthday, and he DIDN’T get his birthday reward or a song, which is the whole reason we came. We will not be back.

Way too loud. Between music and screaming kids, us older folks have sensitive ears. My salad was supposed to have santa fe drizzle on the side, it was almost too hot to eat
The medium rare steaks were damn near rare. the mac n cheese was rubbery noodles in white water. and how do you screw up mashed potatoes? Best thing was the over priced chips and salsa (didn't want salsa) and queso priced separately. Not to mention a server dropped some chips at the table next to us and no one swept them up. They just broke into tiny pieces as people walked. Took 5 minutes to sit down and forever to get worthless food for WAY too much $$.

Do not usually have an issue with service at Chilis but it was the worst at this location by far. Not sure if short-staffed but it was chaotic. Also, NO SKILLET QUESO? What a terrible idea by Chilis. Why remove a favorite item that’s been available for so many years? The replacement queso was basic and tasted like something you’d microwave at home yourself. I had really loved that skillet queso but I don’t see much point in visiting Chilis anymore now that it’s been foolishly removed.
