Rude and disrespectful! Snatched my card and threw my food. Very disappointing to see adults act this way in front of kids!! Don’t recommend waisting your money on this infuriating experience!! Really expected more from a restaurant like this.

Employees here are humble，some of them are Asians so they may not understand English very well, which made their communication looks very hesitating. But I can tell they are trying their best to serve their customers in every way they can. As a mall restaurant, the food here is exceeding my expectation, very tasty with a reasonable price.
You would not be disappointed with their food, tasty and with good portion. I personally recommend Lo Mein over Fried Rice, and Spring roll over Egg roll, besides that their BBQ chicken and spicy chicken are my favorite. If you like spicy food, you should try it!

Even for a mall chain this was pretty bad food. The service was the best thing there. The two young ladies were nice and the only reason I gave them an extra star. The orange chicken tasted like there were pieces of cardboard within it. Forced my self to eat it as I was very hungry but only ended up eating about 1/4 of it as I kept having to pull whatever the cardboard taste out of my mouth.

For mall food it’s good. We always make it a point to eat at China Max when we go to the mall.The Orange Chicken is good. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is good and if you like Hot and Sour Soup it is one of the best I have had.The staff are always polite.We have never had a bad experience at China Max.P.s. They give free refills on soda.
