“I have to start by acknowledging the undeniable strengths of this establishment. The quality of service, efficiency, and attention to detail are commendable. Everything runs smoothly, and the results speak for themselves — clearly, a high standard is maintained.
That said, it would be remiss not to mention a significant area for improvement: friendliness. While professionalism is important, warmth and genuine human connection are equally vital. At times, interactions felt cold and transactional, lacking the kind of welcoming atmosphere that makes a place truly stand out.“

“Chipotle is not a 5-star restaurant, but for fast food, I am awarding 5 stars. I don't live in Lubbock, but when I do visit, the food here is consistent and the assembly line they have is efficient. I have been to other Chipotle locations that are not as good as this one.“
“ALICE JONES was incredible!!! I love her customer service and politeness. Everyone else seemed liked they did not want to be there or help her out which is unfortunate. This place would be so much better if the other staff had the same energy as her they stayed hidden in the back while she helped customers upfront.
