Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just picked up my order the was was uncooked and raw yall also forgot my sour cream!

Chipotle is not a 5-star restaurant, but for fast food, I am awarding 5 stars. I don't live in Lubbock, but when I do visit, the food here is consistent and the assembly line they have is efficient. I have been to other Chipotle locations that are not as good as this one.

I went in to get chipotle like usual I’m a vegetarian so chipotle is a great option for me. I’m a brown Indian and I feel like I was targeted. I asked for extra as usual extra rice and beans no meat because again vegetarian. They charged me an extra 1.50 and then charged me for a side tortilla on my bowl. I’m very unsatisfied with my service. Chipotle is falling off.

Just left. I ordered half and half chicken and steak. The lady gave me steak with extra chicken apparently bc when I got to the register my total was high for two bowls. I told the ladies at the front and they just looked confused as if I did something wrong. I just said whatever and paid for it cause I did not like the initial reaction when telling them my complaint. Anyways this is the only way I will feel heard since obviously they can’t acknowledge and fix a simple mistake

Not the best customer service, moody employees. Went in about 10:20pm you could visibly tell they minded the customers that walked in during and after us. Only had scraps left on the line (Understanding that it was close to closing time, but at that point take out the empty pans instead of serving scraps and meat that doesn't even fill a a full serving?) messy line.

When you ask for double chicken it’s supposed to be 8oz of chicken, it didn’t look like 8oz but okay, I came home put it on the scale all the chicken pieces and it came out to 4.6 oz.
Cool so get charged for double chicken in two different bowls that definitely didn’t have double.
I’ve always ordered a burrito in a bowl there’s never been an extra charge for the tortilla. But nope charging for the tortilla too. So I can get a burrito and it’s okay but if I ask for it in a bowel I’m getting charged extra.
Then chips and guac, asked for a large. They gave me a regular.
This chipotle used to be so good, but if this is the kinda service that’s the normal I’m sticking with other locations.

girl on the line at 2:15pm was EXTREMELY rude. didnt even let my coworker finish ordering before she put the lid on his bowl and just made us feel super rushed and made it obvious she didnt want to take our order

impolite staff.

They were out of a lot of items, only gave me one piece of meat, the rice was hard and undercooked, customer service wasn't great, and there was hair all in my food.

This Chipotle is honestly worst one I’ve been 2.! The customer service is trash and the food line is always messy. This is not the first time I went into this location and got rude customer service but the second time I went in I just walked right out because it was dirty and every work attitude was nasty. Fix it please because I love chipotle and this is the closest one to my house I now have to go to the next closest location
