It is too bad they only have one person working the counter, two working carry out and one guy on his phone. Standing in line for 15 minutes and still not assisted.

Been coming here since college when it was very clean and the workers were kind and helpful, drove through town so we stopped for dinner. There were 8 people working- none of which cared at all to be there. The floor, tables, and food line all looked like a kindergarten food fight had broken out. All of the proteins, toppings, rices, and sauces might as well have been in one giant bowl all together. The server was very rude throwing food all over the place missing my bowl, the steak was uncooked and tasted as if it had been left raw outside for a few days. When I got to checkout before I could say I was waiting on my boyfriends order to be finished she told me total and was very annoyed when I said I was with him and we’d be paying together. Not a single smile from any of the employees and when I asked for my water cup two employees ignored me and the third looked right at me and then walked away again ignoring me. Only two employees were actually working while the rest were just waiting for close visibly annoyed that there were customers.

Ugh! I love Chipotle burritos, but this place was the worst. I went there with my wife and three kids. The food that was supposed to be hot was barely warm. The sour cream was spilled on the counter and in other bins. Pretty skimpy portions, and a terrible wrap job. The girl that rang us up made a rude comment about my wife and our marriage that was baseless and unprovoked. And to cap it all off, the tables and floor were filthy. So gross!!! The manager should be fired. Avoid this place!!!

Workers very disrespectful!! We asked to speak with a manager and the manager refused to speak with us and walked away , of course nothing will be done about this as this seems to be the trend with this company here in Lubbock , sad I used to like this place , don’t waste your time and or hard earned money

Restaurantji Recommends
First off, workers seem like they have somewhere better to be or they hate their lifes. Second off, whoever works the mobile orders at night act like the protein is coming out of their pocket’s. I understand not loading it up, but when I count 4 pieces of chicken in my whole bowl, seems pretty ridiculous. Furthermore, they decided to give me a cold tortilla that was never warmed up… would recommend ordering in person and if they dont give enough protein, its best to just walk out.

I generally give excellent reviews. I used to love, chipotle and frequented them often. The last two times have not been good and this one was one of the worst restaurant experiences my family has experienced. The restaurant was utterly and completely disgustingly filthy. Every single table was filthy. I am guessing that there were six people in the restaurant and it wasn’t anywhere near closing time. All tables that were not being used had Food, etc. left over from previous customers. The floor was filthy. The trashcan was grossly overflowing both on top and bottom, and not even one single cup could have been inserted. The service was terrible. I grew up on a farm and have seen people slopping the hogs that did a more neat job than what they did. They simply slung The food into the containers. To put it mildly, the servers did not appear to want anyone there as customers. Not one smile or positive action of any type. One of our several orders requested Sour cream, and the server filled the bowl with sour cream, which, fortunately, for the customer made it inedible as he was not tempted to try to make this experience OK by eating it.. The rest of us tried to eat, but the atmosphere and food was so horribly managed we threw all of our food out. Even the children who were extremely hungry, could not stomach the food, let alone the grossly stale chips. I took photos which I am sparing you from viewing, but will provide if necessary. What has happened to chipotle. I can’t imagine any employee having any pride whatsoever if they work at this location. An almost empty restaurant with a few employees allowing it to be in such filth and disarray. Doesn’t chipotle train their managers? Is there not there an upper management that can deal with this situation? What a shame.
