Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went to get my food the lady in the front didn’t even acknowledge me because she was too busy talking to some of her coworkers. I went back in there to get a drink and she was so rude and disrespectful. She had such a bad attitude and then when I finally got my food, it had paper on it. the burrito was so messy I double wrapped my burrito so there should’ve been no reason why my burrito was that messy

Horrible proportions I should have just left. Many customers also complained of the small portions given by this chipotle. Date:12/04/2025 at 6:30.

I doordashed from this Chipotle location and originally they forgot to include half of my order in the bag, so I did a redelivery from doordash for the missing items and not only did i receive the missing items but they also included the original missing items and left a sweet note acknowledging and apologizing for the mistake. Something as small as that really goes a long way!!

Whoever was serving on the line she has a nasty attitude when I asked for extra rice and she didn’t even give me extra. She gave me maybe 1/3 cup of beans and I didn’t even get my all my protein he only did half of the full scoop and put the rest back. Our bowls look super super sad compared to other locations. We live an hr away so you can imagine how upset we were receiving food like that! Made a note to never visit that location again!

Food was dry, I guess from sitting on the hot line too long. Area where the napkins, forks, and Tabasco sauce are was messy and not kept clean. Too scared to go in the bathrooms so idk. Had to eat outside the patio cause inside had a dirty mop smell/ old water. Besides that I mean if I’m paying almost $20 for a burrito I want it good but it was mid. Shame… they were good back in 2018 but lazy employees and poor work ethic will turn a business… so sad.

This food is overrated and overcharged. Customer service is very low. Food presentation is low. Food looks nothing or even close to the advertising.... Second time eating here and the last time. Very awkward place of business sad to say....Good Luck.

Food has really gone down hill, specifically the rice, it's consistently undercooked. Unfortunately when issuing a concern it's met with resistance and a please leave attitude. After being a customer for 13-years im dismayed at the management and it's end products, as a family we are done with this brand, go elsewhere folks!

The reviews are true this chipotle is know for getting orders wrong and this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this location being dirty. I haven’t said anything in the past but you’ll see with this photo in the background no customers and they are standing around talking doing nothing. So why is there trash on the floor and tables/chairs are all dirty (we cleaned one they watched and didn’t offer to clean it). Pick another place to eat!
