Last week, I bought a veggie Burrito from this place and was disappointed with the quantity, It was too little. I ordered lunch, and the portion was so small that I had to order additional food from another place. Even the food quality was not good.

I love chipotle and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went to pick up my order 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and had to wait several minutes to get attention of a staff member. They were making the meal of what seemed to be an employee who just got off and turned a one person job into a 3 person job. Once I finally was able to get someone’s attention they informed me that mine wasn’t ready. Then I stood there for at least 5 more minutes as they cleaned up and started closing for the night. I was at this point waiting for over 10 minutes for food that should’ve been ready 15 minutes ago. The store closed at 11 and I ordered before it was even 10. I find it very rude and disrespectful to choose closing down instead of completing a customer’s order who is standing right in front of them. I finally got my food and drink cup. I went to get my drink and half of the sodas they offer were out of syrup. The lids were everywhere and trash was overflowing onto the counter. I got home to enjoy my long anticipated meal to find salsa leaking out of the cup that had been improperly sealed and to top it all off the chips were stale…I am a frequent customer and have been very fond of chipotle for some time, but this was very disappointing to say the least.

1st time trying and will definitely be coming back. From the moment I walked in, the employees were absolutely sweet and made sure my food was made to perfection. The chicken Al Pastor was yummy and definitely will eat it again. For it being a lunch rush, the employees were top notch.

I recently ordered a large burrito from Chipotle, with extra ingredients, looking forward to enjoying their famously generous and delicious offerings. Unfortunately, my anticipation was met with disappointment when I received my order. Contrary to what I was expecting, the burrito was significantly smaller than anticipated, not aligning with the description or my previous experiences at Chipotle. This was surprising and disheartening, especially considering the high standards I’ve come to associate with the brand. I hope this feedback reaches the Chipotle team so that future orders reflect the quality and portion sizes that customers expect and pay for. Despite this setback, I look forward to seeing improvements and continuing to enjoy what Chipotle has to offer.

I got a burrito bowl as a to-go order and unfortunately when I arrived home I realized my cilantro rice was half cooked. I was really surprised but when I tried called or going through Chipotle’s customer service, I couldn’t get through to anyone or any feedback service line. For $23 dollars for the bowl, some guacamole, and a drink, I was bummed to not be able to enjoy my food nor have the opportunity to try it again.

Had an order delivered from the W. Loop location in Lubbock, Texas. The order was wrong, the rice was so hard, the food was just dolloped in my bowl looks like it was tossed around. Disappointment.
Horrible experience the portions were off today. We are regular customers the kids plates had more protein than the bowls.Chips where disgusting and stale.

First time eating there placed my order and got it we sat down started eating and my food was cold and so was my friends order we ate half of it or less and threw it away kind of pricey for cold food and another thing the staff was unfriendly.
