This location sukks, the staffs are rude and unwelcoming, if you don't wanna work there then quit or go somewhere else, don't bring that rude&insolent attitude to work. Whenever u ask for something, they toss your food around like it was trash or something, sorry but I will not be visiting this location again.

These chipotle is best chipotle in town I always go there but yesterday I had worst experience there. The cashier was so mean I gave her my free entree to scan still she didn’t took off and charge me for my food. She didn’t gave me my receipt plus I didn’t got my points for my rewards. The lady on cashier she made faces when I asked her for my receipt she is like I can’t give you one n later she picked up from trash and gave it to me. You guys need to trained new employees perfectly with registers and how to have customer service with their smile on their face. I am also in food service business for more than 20 years.

Barely any rice or lettuce &’ barley any steak order extra steak and yet still didn’t receive a full scoop. Around the food was very dirty definitely will not go back
ALICE JONES was incredible!!! I love her customer service and politeness. Everyone else seemed liked they did not want to be there or help her out which is unfortunate. This place would be so much better if the other staff had the same energy as her they stayed hidden in the back while she helped customers upfront. Thank you Alice I appreciate you very much for making my experience great and enjoyable!
