ALICE JONES was incredible!!! I love her customer service and politeness. Everyone else seemed liked they did not want to be there or help her out which is unfortunate. This place would be so much better if the other staff had the same energy as her they stayed hidden in the back while she helped customers upfront. Thank you Alice I appreciate you very much for making my experience great and enjoyable!

The employees act like the portions come out of their personal paychecks. I swear I get less than a scoop every time I come in here. Qdoba is much better.

ordered a burrito, a bowl, a large chip & queso and a side of guac.. it arrived and it was 2 bowls , like 20 chips in the bag with the large queso & side of guac. they didn’t give me a tortilla, just all the fix-ins in a bowl. if i knew that would’ve happened i would’ve added lettuce and other shit to make it a bowl… how do you read burrito and just give me all the fix-ins for it in a bowl………. shame.

We had glass in a burrito and there does not seem to to be a way to notify the store directly.
We got there around 8:00. They close at 10:00. All food was old and dried up. Queso was so thick and inedible. We tried to get tea and they refused as they were draining all the tea dispensers as a “closing process”. Who does that two hours before they close. They just wanted to go home early. Bad food and bad service. Never again.

Food is okay. One of the girls there clearly didn't want to be there. She was rude. She acted as if she was aggravated with my husband because he was asking questions about the food (it was our first time and then when she got our queso for us, she threw it onto the tray almost dropping it. The young man with the shaggy hair that made my burrito was awesome. 5 stars for him.

As crazy as it sounds this was my first time eating here, my two teens & I really enjoyed it! It's pricey depending on what you get.... but hey what isn't nowadays, over all very delicious. The cashier women was so helpful & friendly I wish I remembered her name, thank you. We will be back.
