Not sure how the interview process is at this place but you’d think they’d want people who act like they are going to be working in front of people all day. I don’t think I’ve ever left a restaurant and lost my appetite after experiencing a rude employee before but this experience was one of a kind. I turned around and walked right back to my car and probably won’t go back to Chipotle for a while. What a joke of a restaurant. Horrendous experience.

This is what you would expect of a Chipotle built in The last 5 years. Everything is still fresh and clean, the staff have been friendly for the four times I've been in.I've never had a meal at Chipotle that wasn't their curated experience, and it's what you would expect here, clean, fresh, and quick.

horrible chipotle experience. this was my girlfriends first cheat day in a couple weeks and this was the cheese and chips i received. i also asked for cheese, was not included in bowl. also got double charged for the guac. on top of that, extremely rude staff

This location has horrible service. Their cashier is extremely rude and shouldn’t be in the service industry. When I spoke to the manager he didn’t care and had nothing to say. I will not come back to this location. Also the food wasn’t very good.

RIP. OFF. Against my better judgment I decided to try this place for the first time in years. I ordered a burrito bowl and paid $9.50 for the smallest portion size ever. Definitely not going back.

Thanks for charging me 1.50$ extra on ticket, charged steak for chicken burrito by same person that made it.Pls verify order even if 1.50 may not be much to you, but done concurrently with other patrons or visits ...it is. Yes should have addressed this better myself, and did go in and inquire minutes after, but decided f it, mistakes do happen but online would have HELPED ELIMINATE issue of human error potentially, and would have only me to blame.Yes do not bother referring me to contact us page, did that for you already and corrected first submit.
So far I've been very pleased with this location. I didn't mind driving to Quaker for Chipotle, but that is a little far when this one is almost next door. And I love the Chipote"lane" which they are always quick with and won't let people block you because they show up early and their food isn't ready. I won't say every bowl I've gotten was perfect per say, they do seem to be pulling back on the amount they give you, but outside of that, they rock it at this location!

One would think that ingredients would be ready to be served by lunchtime, but this was not the case on 1/12/24. NO chicken! You cannot tell me that Chipotle ran out of chicken before noon, without it being leftover from the day before. This place is a miss more than a hit!You order a salad, and there is hardly ANY lettuce in the salad. I do not believe I ‘ll ever return to Chipotle on Milwaukee! Terrible service!!! To top it all off the salad was $17?
