Wow, what a hidden gem. Even more hidden due to the road construction. Very much worth getting to though. We tried the beef egg rolls and they were phenomenal! Hand made and super delicious. My wife had the red curry which she loved and I tried the pad Thai which was outstanding. We will definitely be back soon.

Choochai is the best Thai food in Texas. I don't even live in Lubbock anymore and I'm planning a weekend trip JUST to eat at Choochai again and see their incredibly friendly staff. Please stop by Choochai if you're ever in Lubbock! And watch out, y'all, it's spicy! ❤️ Love this place.

I drove from Lubbock to try this amazing place. The owner Taan and his wife were great people. The food was out of this world. A friend told me this was the best Thai food in the world. I had to give it a try and so do you. Great food and great owners.

We have ordered takeout from Choochai about once a month for the last couple of years, and it never misses. If you cant handle heat, order mild. If you want variety order the specials. Thank you Choochai you guys are amazing

The food we ordered was not worth a mention. We have had Thai food at normal places and it’s way better than here. I like to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses so I feel bad about leaving this review but even Thai tea did not taste like Thai tea!!!They did give us vegan options.I would NOT give any star for the taste. Our guest (a friend) did not eat more than a bite of the dish she ordered.The person at the counter was very sweet and hospitable. But it’s a restaurant…so food gets no points from 3 of us.
