Orders for curbside, two fried rice and wontons, said the order would be ready at 1:21 arrived right at that time checked in waited 5 mins and then went inside. Absolutely no one in the drive thru no one inside. One worker standing behind the counter on her phone the other with an attitude pretty much tossing my food on the counter. Live chop chop but not this location.

The food was prepared quickly and tasted fine, but the wife and I ended up rushing to the toilet within two hours. In other words, be prepared to get to a bathroom "chop chop" after your meal if you're unfortunate enough to have similar stomach issues from your meal.

Went to a different location since the 82nd location closed. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for three meals I ordered and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce and was only given three. When I asked for more the girl at the window was very rude. Not surprised why they had to close a location. I would have been fine paying for the extra sauce packets but the girl at the window was very rude and gave us the sauce and slammed the window closed.

They charged an extra $4.50 for some veggies. Save your money and go elsewhere. Shouldn’t cost $20 for some teriyaki chicken.

Sadly the food taste old as if it had been sitting in the fridge way too long before it was reheated on the stove. Similar to a microwave meal. (Especially the steak) My daughter’s orange chicken was SOUR!!!Then to top it off our fortunes cookies were all stale so I’m guess they were old too. Haven’t eaten at Chop chop in a while and I’m so disappointed how Downhill the quality has gone, but beside all that the customer service was great and very friendly.
It has been years since I ate here and wondered today why I haven't been back as I remembered it as being very good. Ordered via the APP which was smooth and easy. Be aware that automatically add a tip but you can remove it.
I got a three item combo with shrimp, steak, and chicken, fried rice, and two egg rolls. First thing I noticed when I got home was that there was not very much meat and there was an abundance of fried rice. Everything "looked" good.
Unfortunately it was not as good as it looked. The steak had an excellent flavor but it was tough and chewy. The chicken was tender but basically had no flavor. The shrimp tasted like shrimp. There was no real flavor other than the fishy shrimp taste. The fried rice was good but there was too much of it compared to the meats. The egg rolls were excellent.
Disappointed since it had been a number of years since I had been. For $24 there are many other similar places I can go. It will be a number of more years before I go back.
6-1 update: their customer relations person reached out and offered a free meal to make up for this. Will try again if I actually get the gift card.
6-15 update: Did the free makeup meal today at lunch. Much better! All foods had good flavors and there was a little more meat (see 2nd picture on a plate). Service was fast and friendly. Will probably come back again sometime.

Went a few days ago. Did an online order. But when my life partner went up there to get the food the door was locked! At 4 pm? And the food oh em gee! Was terrible! The Udom Noodles were DEFINITELY expired! The Ragoon was just cream cheese even though it was fried it still tastes a bit sour! I wish they answered when I had called! Our food was cold, bland and, just terrible. The only thing that was good was the orange chicken they deep fry to order. Like please go somewhere else for anyone who reads this. 40$ wasted
