i love this place. i think the only thing i've gotten is the brisket frito pie with fried okra, i just like it so much i haven't wanted to try anything else xD

Food and service are always exceptional. Some of the best Q in Lubbock.
Food was good, I had the barbecue quesadilla and it was surprisingly very tasty. Wasn't terribly hot when it came out. Service is what was rougher, the food didn't take forever but our waitress only came back once.

Best chicken fried steak I've had in Lubbock, and the green chili mac-n- cheese was awesome. Staff was super friendly and professional. Enough food for 2. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Best sliced brisket I have ever had. They served two slices of wet and two dry, which was beautiful. Beans were good. Fried okra was amazing.
Always come here when in Lubbock. Typically, we get Bbq sandwiches and they have always been good. And okra. If a bbq place has okra then it auto. starts high on my list ha.
Went for lunch and finally left after waiting 15 minutes and waitress never coming to take our order

I stopped by to get a bbq sandwich as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The brisket sandwich was delicious and the home style potato salad was awesome. Mr. Stephens always come and buy bbq from me when I set up at an event. I finally had a chance to stop by today and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m the owner of Smoking 8s BBQ food truck out of Brownfield,Tx. Stop by and try their barbecue y’all won’t be disappointed at all!!
Everything is a 5: the meats of course, also desserts, wait staff, and general good vibe.
